Villas at Seacrest is a luxurious four-story condominium along the beautiful 19-mile beachfront road (#30-A), with a gulf-view front side and a beautiful 12,000 square foot pool at the rear. 

- This three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is perfect for large parties, with spacious rooms and a large living area, offering a wonderful and relaxing balcony view of the lagoon pool. 
- The villa is beautifully decorated for maximum comfort, creating a light beachy atmosphere and a sense of a home away from home.
 - Updated unit with parking available for 2 cars, but no golf carts allowed.

- Carefree check-in after 4 pm CST, providing over 2000 square feet of living space on the 4th floor, along with a spacious 100+ square feet balcony. 
- Comfortable seating for 6 in the living room, complete with a flat-screen TV, and a dining area that seats up to 10. - Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel double sink and disposal, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and coffeemaker. 
- Master bedroom with a king bed and a 32” flat-screen TV, along with a master bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.
 - Second bedroom with a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom designed as a kid-friendly suite with a queen bed, bunk beds with a trundle, and a 32” flat-screen TV, alongside wireless internet access and a washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit.

- Accessibility to activities and amenities is guaranteed with a three-minute stroll to the shops and cafes of Rosemary Beach or the Gulf of Mexico’s crystal clear waters and white sand, or a complimentary golf cart ride to the beach.

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations to be as described. The location was perfect and amenities were awesome.
We only had one issue with the unit ......the Hall/Bunk Bathroom smelled really bad of urine..... We tried to spray with cleaner and turned on the exhaust fan but it was a temporary fix. We would really like the owners to be aware. I am not sure if it's a cleaning issue or if it's something in the subfloor??
The baseboards were dirty throughout and we found some debris in the kitchen garbage disposal. I removed the items and the disposal operated fine.
We would definitely stay again if the bathroom is cleaned/smell removed.

We spent a weekend in April at this condo! The check-in and out processes were seamless and easy! The condo was beautiful and in a great location. It was clean and well-stocked with linens and kitchen tools. We would love to book again.

This is an awesome property. Love the location, it is literally a 3min walk to the beaches, food and a Starbucks :). We are a family of five. I have a 5.5 and 4.5 year old boys and a 10 week old baby. This house had more than enough space for all of us to spread out and for the boys to have lots of fun. It’s an empty shell, so make sure to bring plenty of food to eat. Bring extra garbage bags, detergent etc… There is a coffee maker which was a plus for my husband.

The location of this property has extremely easy access to the beach with just a 5 - 10 minute walk. If you don't want to walk the tram stop is right outside. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the pool and the entrance to the pool is right at the building. The condo is extremely spacious and clean with beautiful decor. I would have liked better hand soap and there was no soap for the kitchen. The bed linens were not very comfortable. We only received 2 trash bags for the week. The kitchen was fully loaded, but the pots and pans were not in good condition. I LOVED having a new Keurig for K cups in the morning. All in all this is a great place and I would recommend it.

Loved the unit overall and location. Good access to everything. Tram works well. Only suggestion is to upgrade the blinds, toilet seats, paper products etc.

Such a beautiful place. So convenient for us to walk down to the pool area for the kids. For adults enjoyed the music, the shops and the merchant store. Thank you for not having to move my car
