Below is a list of the most Frequently Asked Questions by our guests. Please peruse this list before you contact us, we hope this list will help you answer your questions

After making a reservation when do I get a confirmation?

It takes about 24 hours for the system to process your credit card and send you your Rental Confirmation.

Are there beach towels in the rental units?

Our vacation rentals do not have beach towels. But there are plenty of shops here that carry them if you don’t want to bring them along.

Are there coffee machine filters or hair dryers in the unit?

Some of our vacation rentals do have hairdryers, but it’s always better to bring your own. Same thing with coffee filters.

Can I make a payment online, or use a different credit card?

Sorry, if you want to use a different credit card, or make a full or partial payment, you have to call us 888-567-5150. Our website does not allow for online payment.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

We do our best to get every guest in before normal check-in time. But we cannot accept early check-in or late check-out requests.  We do send a text and an email to you just as soon as your rental is ready for your arrival

Can I still get the Cancellation Waiver and how much does it cost?

Our Carefree Cancellation Waiver can be purchased anytime up to 30 days prior to arrival and must be purchase before the final payment is taken. The Carefree Cancellation Waiver is 5% of our total cost.

Do all the rentals use door codes?

Most of our rentals have door codes. The codes may be on the lock or a lockbox.

Do we get beach service with our rental?

You may get beach service with your vacation rental. It depends on whether the owner has purchased it or not. Check the description for our vacation rental on our website to make sure.

Do you have the contact information for beach service?

Unfortunately no. There are so many individual contractors and they change all the time. So your best bet is to go to the front desk at your vacation rental (unless you’re staying in a house) and ask. If you’re staying in a house you can choose beach setups using your beach credit.

How do I find out the address for my rental?

You’ll get the address in your Carefree Check-in Instructions a few days prior to your arrival. Then you’ll also get a text with a Google Map when your vacation rental is ready for you.

How long does it take for a refund to post to my Credit Card?

Usually, it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your Credit card.

How many parking spaces do I get with my reservation?

Parking spaces vary with each vacation rental. It’s best to ask when you book.

My payment is due soon. How to I change my card on file?

If you give us a call at 888.567.5150 we’ll change your card in our system. Please don’t email it to us.

My reservations is in (a few months from now), but I have not received any Communication since the Rental Agreement.

After you have received your confirmation, you’ll receive notification that the system will be charging your card before your final payment is processed. Then a few days prior to your arrival you’ll receive your Carefree Check-in Instructions. On the day of arrival, you’ll receive a text and an email when your vacation rental is ready for you.

We have a toddler in our group, is there a pack-n-play or a crib in the rental?

Unfortunately, none of our rental properties have Pak’n’Plays. However, they can be ordered from rental equipment companies, such as Baby Equipment Rentals.

What documentation do I need in the event the resort requires proof of our rental?

Sometimes the resort needs to see documentation so please print and bring your Rental Confirmation and Carefree Check-In Instructions.

What happens to the booking fees I paid to VRBO/HomeAway when my reservation is cancelled/refunded?

Once we cancel your reservation within our system, VRBO/HomeAway are automatically notified from our reservations system. VRBO/HomeAway can take up to 10-15 days to refund you the booking fees.

What kind of amenities are supplied in each rental?

Each vacation rental is stocked with a starter kit of basic amenities. Each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper and two bars of soap. The kitchen has finish dishwasher tabs, a bottle of Palmolive dish soap and a roll of paper towels. Each waste can has two trash bags.

What kind of information do I get in check-in instructions?

Our Carefree Check-in instructions include information regarding parking, WIFI login, door codes and any other pertinent info applicable to your specific rental unit, along with the physical address for the rental.

When do I get check-in instructions?

You’ll receive your Carefree Check-in instructions within 5 to 7 days prior to your arrival. On the day of your arrival, you will get a text and an email to let you know when your vacation rental is ready for you. More often than not we’ll get you in early. But it all depends on when the cleaners and inspectors finish.

When is my final payment due?

Your final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Our system will email you when your payment will becharged to your credit or debit card. If you need to change the card on file please call us at 888.567.5150

Where do I find the WIFI login information?

You’ll find your WIFI information in your Carefree Check in instructions
