Villa 25 at Hidden Dunes

This beautifully decorated and modern upstairs 4br/4ba villa overlooks the pool and is only a short stroll from the beach. The large living room, with a vaulted ceiling features a flatscreen TV & Blu Ray DVD player and direct access to a wrap around screened porch that overlooks the pool. The dining area seats eight. The open kitchen features modern appliances and a quartz countertop outfitted with barstools. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gorgeous sleigh bed frame, The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, a walk in shower and a double vanity. The first downstairs guest bedroom has a king bed attached to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. A spiral staircase leads to a loft that has a bedroom with two sets of double/twin bunks. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. The loft bathroom has a garden tub, shower, and double vanity. There are large flatscreens in all guest rooms. Hidden Dunes has swimming pools, hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
