Welcome to Sunrise Beach 2503! This newly renovated 2-bedroom plus spacious bunk room, 2-bath, beachside condo has amazing ocean sunrise and sunset views! The condo comfortably sleeps 8 and features all new stainless-steel appliances, new flooring, new paint, new furniture, a fully-equipped kitchen, a new full-size washer and dryer, and new bedding. The large balcony has new patio furniture, with a table and chairs for dining and two Adirondack chairs for lounging. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, two master closets, a large bathroom, and a gulf view with balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The spacious, kid-friendly bunk room has a twin bunk bed and a flat screen TV. The living area opens to the balcony and includes a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and DVD player. We’ve renovated our condo for maximum comfort so you can enjoy this beachside getaway!

Sunrise Beach is an oceanfront, kid-friendly resort that’s the perfect combination of convenience and comfort. Located near Gulf World Marine Park and just a short drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown Sports Complex, Sunrise Beach gives guests one of the best oceanfront values in Panama City Beach. Recreational amenities include a fitness facility, gulf-front deck with two pools, one seasonally heated, a children’s water play area, and two hot tubs. Additional property amenities include complimentary guest parking, barbecue grills, and an arcade/game room.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

The online process and communication with Best Beach Getaways was great (e-mails, texts and over the phone). The property description was spot on.
Master bedroom mattress was great. The second bedroom mattress (sags to the middle) and all the pillows need to be replaced.
We were on the 25th floor and the elevator was fast. There are 4 elevators, so we did not have to wait long.
Parking was good.
The pools and hot tubs were maintained very well.
The guys handling the lounges and umbrellas on the beach could have been more friendly. Often they acted like we were putting them out.
Overall, we had a great stay and will use Best Beach Getaways again in the future.

The condo we stayed in was very nice and clean. The resort location was perfect, right on the beach, close to Park Pier and restaurants. Property manager Jim DeVos was very helpful, answered all of our question and easy to get in contact with.
Our family had great time at Sunrise Beach Resort!!!

We had a wonderful time in 2503 Sunrise Beach. The condo had everything we needed and was updated and comfortable. There were only a few things that might need attention. The TV in the second bedroom only had one remote, therefore our children could not watch the TV at night. The kitchen had many of the needed kitchen utensils, but the skillets and baking sheets do need replacing. We would give this resort(which we have been staying in since it opened in 2005) a 5 star review for ease in parking, and the wonderful pools and other amenities. Best Beach Getaways has been a pleasure to work with , as we have used their service multiple times. Can’t wait to come back next year.
