Impeccable unit, completely updated. All new appliances and furnishings. Enjoy your refreshing get away in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The owners have paid close attention to preparing a haven just for you! The living area features a breath taking Gulf view and a 55 inch TV for movie night with the family! The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and the bathroom has a jetted tub and a tub/shower combination. The Master has a Gulf View and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a 50 inch TV. Second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a spacious bunk room. The kitchen is fully stocked, waiting for easy snacks to be prepared or a bountiful seafood feast! Enjoy lounging on the balcony and taking in the sunsets. All awaiting you at Sunrise Beach 2209!
Starting 8/18 until 9/12 the resort will be doing stucco work on all balconies, starting 8/11 they also will be doing elevator modernization so 2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running, this will last until 5/18/2026, also during the early and late fall they will be working on the garage so at times some parts of the garage will be blocked off, there might also be some noise from garage work at times.

We stayed here over the 4th of July and honestly didn’t want to leave. The condo is on the 22nd floor, which means the views are next level—literally. We saw dolphins cruising by like they were putting on a show just for us, had front-row seats to epic lightning storms over the ocean (Mother Nature was really showing off), and even caught a rainbow over the water. It was like nature’s fireworks before the actual fireworks.

Speaking of fireworks—this place is perfectly located between two piers, so we got to watch multiple shows right from the balcony without fighting a single crowd or stepping on any beach toys in the dark. Major win.

The condo itself was super clean and had a kitchen that was better stocked than mine at home (no shame). Everything we needed was there, and then some.

We had an amazing time—relaxing, laughing, making memories, and pretending we were dolphin whisperers. Would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone who loves the ocean, fireworks, or just a really good balcony view.

We had a wonderful time here! No issues with the elevators, the site was clean and well-kept. If you went to the pool area without wearing a wristband, the pool attendant came right over and told you to put it on. Which could be annoying at the time, but, I know why they have to do that and they're trying to keep people who aren't staying here out of the pool area, which is good! Parking was easy and available, although I did get a warning citation for not registering my vehicle and I'm 100% sure I did register my vehicle, but maybe it was some kind of mixup. Anyway, all in all really no complaints, I will definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time staying at Seaside and we were not disappointed. This is a beautiful location and the condo was very well maintained. Please do not hesitate to stay here, it is on the beach with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and a splash pass for the kids.
