Indulge in the King Bed and gorgous view from the Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. With a guest bedroom with a Queen and attached bathroom, an additional guest bedroom with a twin bed, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room, there is plenty of sleeping for everyone who accompanies on your journey! Large Flat Screen TV's can be found in the living room as well as every bedroom, with an updated Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. Always a relaxing time at Summerwind Condos. Relax on the beach or at the pool. Plenty of chairs to sit in at the pool. I always rent the beach chairs and umbrella so I don't have to tote my own!

That was an awesome condo!
I love Navarre Beach! Summerwind is clean , the staff are so nice and polite. I've been coming there since 2014! Definitely recommend !!

Had a glitch trying to schedule another week next month and they had it taken care of within 30 minutes. Called me back and said I was scheduled!

The HOA should really consider decorating the entrance of the East building. It has the appearance of a maintenance entrance rather than the entrance to the building. Add some plants and color, remove the peg boards and replace with a flatscreen, move the carts to the stairwell, add some seating, just to improve the first impressions.
Staff was very helpful and checkin was seamless.

It was comfortable and convenient. The place is clean except some dishes that are not clean. Also one of the bathroom is not draining the water when taking a shower and the flush handle in the master room is making a loud noise and you have to pull it up after each use. But over all we had a great stay in this property.
