Summerwind 504E – Serenity By the Sea

Staying at Serenity by the Sea was exceptional. We had a minor issue that was taken care of by management as soon as possible. The unit itself was decorated beautifully and had high quality furnishings. We had an extremely relaxing week at Navarre Beach and would definitely plan a return trip.

I spent the most pleasant 10 days in a great condo. The only missing feature was the hair dryer but having very short hair I can’t complain. Loved the view - the 5th floor was perfect! Very much appreciated the beach chairs that were part of the rental. Very comfortable bed and all the amenities offered.
I would definitely recommend it and hope to return again as Navarre is hands down our most favorite beach spot!!

Stay was great! Condo was everything we expected, very clean and updated. Only disappoint was in the tv selection. We were expecting cable service for viewing. Wifi is terrible in this condo! Not a good connection. I don't think we stayed connected the majority of the time during our time there.

The 504E condo was well updated. The throw rugs were to deep. My wife and I both tripped on them. We had to roll them up. The office was great. They got the door code fixed(the 3 number did not work). We also had trouble with the TV channels. That to was fixed promptly. We had a great stay and will be back in the spring.

We loved it and will for sure be back!!!!

We have vacationed at Navarre Beach for years and primarily have stayed in one of the Summerwind Resort Condos. We love the easy access to the ocean and the amenities of the building. For awhile now - we have only booked through Navarre Properties and have been so pleased with our experience. We have always chosen Navarre for its quiet, laid back atmosphere.
Shout out to Ben, Derrick and Isaiah for their sweet personalities and helpfulness!

The property was perfect. Newly renovated condo with great views of the beach and the pier. The small touches were nice, including the beach chairs and the legos and games for the kids. We couldn't be more impressed.
All of my interactions with the team were excellent. I'm very impressed. They were extremely helpful and accommodating with everything and responded very quickly to our questions.

This property was so cute. We enjoyed our stay so much. Loved being by the pier. Wish I knew what kind of mattress was in the bedroom slept like a baby. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet and relaxing. Accommodations were perfect for my family. Everything we needed was just a short distance away, i.e. grocery store, CVS, etc. Beach area was clean and so enjoyable. A little piece of heaven here on earth.

I have been coming for several years, however I must say I was not aware I could not use the pool or hot tub at my complex. I was e-mailed that the balcony may not be used, thankfully I was able to use it. I do feel that I should have been made aware of the pool and hot tub. Because three towers trying to use one pool and hot tub
does not work.

The areas around the vents in the ceilings were dirty. The sink drains were full of yucky black mold. Garbage can in the kitchen had a broken bottom.The inner curtain in bathroom had mold on it. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Our stay was amazing! Had a beautiful oven front view overlooking the largest pier in the Gulf! The condo had everything we could ask for (comfy beds, plenty of space, clean bathrooms, relaxing balcony). I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to spend your family vacation!

The only thing negative I can say is being so close the pier you have the fisherman left over bait, two days were bad

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. Summerwinds is close to many wonderful restaurants and shopping centers. It is an easy drive to Pensecola and Destin. It is quiet and perfect destination for a wonderful vacation.

This was our first time at Navarre an we will definitely return the cleanliness an convenience made it all worth while.

This property has everything that youll need. It is literally steps away.from fishing, snorkeling, paddleboarding, restaurants. The elevators were so fast and efficient and it doesnt stinks. It is also very close to groceries. It has an amazing view and the location is so quiet. This is by far the best for its price that weve stayed in 10yrs that weve been visiting the gulf area. The secluded area is what sets it apart.
The reception area was all ready for the check in packets, instruction for access pass. This was by far the fastest.checking in process that we had. It didnt take more than 3mins. The booking and 24 hr service was quick to respond.

Crystal clear water, white sandy beaches, wonderful staff and a beautiful condo- what more could you ask for?!
From the front office to the security staff all members were extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was excellent

We have rented many VRBO in the past. This is the first one that did not have salt/pepper or coffee filters - common and basic necessity.
We rented a two bathroom, but on arrival the toilet in the master bath was broken and was not able to be repaired during our stay. Therefore, we basically got a one bath. Otherwise, the unit was nice and the view was spectacular.

Navarre is truly a hidden treasure. Beautiful beach and pier, the water is so clear and blue and gentle. Local amenities are accomodating. Perfect beach vacation!
The staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient.

We have stayed at the Inn at Summerwind a few times and always get the same condo. When I made my reservation the gentlemen kindly welcomed me back. He stated that my $1601.00 price was staying 6 nights with the 7th one free and said it was because I was a repeat customer. I later went on the web because we had friends coming and they rented a condo too. I noticed the $1601.00 was the general price on the web for the 3 bedroom and when I called to ask about it the girl told me that everyone gets that price and that it is just the way it is. I didn't feel very special as I felt discounted for being a repeat guest. Just saying.....

We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was the perfect size for the two of us and had everythig we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved the location right on the Sound and the fabulous view from our room. The property and view were just as nice as pictured (If not better). I hope we have the opportunity to visit Navarre again!
I appreciated the email before our trip with a list of things to pack. We had never used a rental for a vacation before and not knowing what to expect, the packing list was very helpful.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable, we enjoyed watching the dolphins from our deck, the sun set from the pier and the soothing sounds of the ocean.
