Summerwind 503C – A Little-Shell-Fish

The unit was very clean, nice and quiet. Great master bedroom view of the Beach. Enjoyed the Beach chairs that were included. Also the guy who set up the chairs ,Chandler, even put my name on the two chairs. Excellent service. Plan to come back again this year. Thank You!

Unfortunately there was a lot of work going on to center bldg this year. We understand this needs to be done and made the best of the innconveniences that occurred because of this.
Stafff is very friendly and helpful

It was perfect. Best locations on the beach. Located near everything you need for a perfect vacation. Convenient to the ocean, pier and restaurants. Roomy enough for sleeping accommodations for adults and kids. Could use a new coffee pot and dryer. Pool person was a bit over the top for wearing the wrist bands. Our granddaughter's band was lost in the water and afterwards found out she didn't even have to be wearing one at the age of 10. Vacation with our grandkids and visiting our daughter who lives in Pensacola. They fished, we all enjoyed the ocean and beach and had wonderful dining experiences.
Great convenience entering and leaving the condo. We were able to enter our condo by 2:00pm which was very nice.

We love this property. Have now stayed there 3 times and look forward to returning again and again. The location is so convenient to the pier and walking distance to several restaurants. You can't beat the views.
Only spoke with Isiah via phone conversations but he was always very helpful.

The condo was in a perfect location. Decor was beachy with everything you need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable.
We loved the view of the gulf from the patio. Having beach chairs and umbrella was a fantastic bonus.

It was such a GREAT EXPERIENCE that I am going to start looking at SUMMERWIND for our next year beach vacation.
Not much contact but when the guy called and told me that our unit was ready he was almost as excited to deliver the news to me as I was to be getting the much looked forward to news that our home for 6 nights was ready for us to move in. I WAS OVER THE TOP EXCITED TO GET IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I WAS NOT GONNA LET HURRICANE IDA STEAL MY JOY. HURRICANE SALLY DID THAT LAST YEAR.

As mentioned, this was our 6th year in a row to stay at Summerwind and enjoy the property. We did notice that traffic slowly gets worse each year as more and more people discover Navarre. Our last two nights were a bit unpleasant due to the neighbors above us; they were constantly opening the balcony doors and moving furniture. We thought the unit was being remodeled. From the beach, we could see people were staying there. It's too bad people can be disrespectful. Other than that, we had a great trip.

we had a serious issue with the ceiling in the kitchen with the popcorn spray falling off daily with it falling all over the floor and appliances along with our food. The handyman came and scraped the more serious looking areas but it continued to fall during our entire stay and we had to constantly clean it up so it wouldn't be everywhere. Also the living room dvd player didn't work and the one in the bedroom is ancient and needs upgraded to be able to play blu-ray dvds also.

The team on the property that took care of the place and the people were amazing. They worked hard everyday to ensure everything was spotless and were very friendly if needs or questions came up. Check in was easy, beaches were beautiful, and the chair service was nice.

The only reason for the 3 star rating for check in is b/c I think 3-5 is way too late for check in. Other than that, I like getting a call to let us know and certainly love the fact of not having to stop somewhere and pick up keys.

The telephone check in was great and very convenient.

Had an amazing time! The room was just perfect for our family of five. The view was amazing and extremely quick access to the beach. Unit was clean and organized, and the binder of check in info and check out info was easy to understand and follow. We will definitely come back here again!
Very friendly staff, answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. Flexible and understanding in how the check in and check out process worked given this virus situation. Our two youngest kids lost their pool pass bracelets.When I contacted the office and was expecting to pay a replacement fee, they said no worries, they were still figuring out the virtual check in process, and the children didn't need the bracelets anyway, and if we had been checking in in person they would have known not to give them the bracelets then.

My only complaint is that the ac was frozen upon our arrival. Although maintenance came quickly the first night there was nothing that he could do until the unit defrosted. This made the first night very warm for unpacking as well as sleeping overnight. I had to keep putting towels down for the ice melting etc. the next morning it was fixed but the first night was uncomfortable.

Had a wonderful time, unit was clean, plenty of space for all of us ( 6 adults, 4 kids) and you can't beat the view,the beach or the slow pace unlike Destin or Pensacola!

I found everyone with whom I had contact, from the initial reservation to the checkout, very helpful and friendly. Even the gentlemen handling the beach chairs could not have been more cordial

The shower curtain needs to be cleaned or changed. I reported the problem with the shower, which was taken care of but a pool of water was in the floor after each shower in the guest bathroom. Couldn't figure out where the water was coming from other than that everything was perfect. Thanks.
The staff was easy to work with. The only problem I had was with the tvs & shower in the guest bath.

We loved our stay at SW! Our 5th floor view of the gulf & beach was amazing. The sunrises & sunsets were breathtaking. Even the storm was mesmerizing! Our condo was clean, well-furnished & the location in Navarre was excellent. Thank you.
Checking in & out was simple & efficient! Employees were out & about all the time caring for the pool & grounds. They were helpful but not intrusive.

Great location right by the bridge! Steps away from the beautiful white sands of the beach.
The reservation team was friendly, responsive and easy to work with.

I really enjoyed the visit to summerwinds at Navarre Beach, everything was great, i have no complaints. I would stay at the Summerwinds again in the future.

These properties are beautiful! We love Navarre Beach because it is quiet and relaxing. Not a lot of traffic but within driving distance of Destin and Pensacola.
