Summerwind 501C – Sanctuary

Everything was great with booking and the unit, However it would have been nice to be informed that only one elevator would be working(well most of the time) I also feel a discount should be given for the inconvenience of all the time waiting on the elevator, we would have liked to have known before hand and might have picked a different condo. 16 floors and four units to each floor is alot to ask of one elevator

Love the location being walking distance to the pier. Stay in a few different units and happy with all of them
Space is great and had everything we needed
I didn't have any issues navigating the site

Love shelling and seeing all the wide life. We come for the beach experience.

The property is always clean and well-kept, and the team members are courteous and helpful.
It's rare that I need to contact a team member because everything runs so smoothly. However, this past visit, my daughter misplaced a sweatshirt, the water was out for a couple of hours, and the heated pool was not heating. The sweatshirt was turned into the office the day before we left, and Isaiah was quick to call to let me know it was there. He was also very helpful and quick to address the other matters, although they were out of his control.

The team members were very nice. They were very patient and helpful with all of my questions and concerns throughout the booking process .
