Summerwind 1204E – 5 O’clock Somewhere

Wonderful condo! The entire Summerwind complex was so well organized and accommodating. We will return!
Suggestion: Better lighting is needed in main room. Lamps for reading light.

Condo is beautiful and very clean and magnificent view.

We love staying here. There are three condominiums so if one pool is full we can move to another one. Love being able to walk to the beach from the pool.

The property was beautiful and very maintained and clean.
The staff was welcoming and very helpful with emailing you tips for your travel before your trip began which helped you prepare for it. What to bring, what activities there was to do, where to eat at ect. I found that very helpful.

We loved the property and plan on visiting again in the future.
SW 1204E was perfect for our stay. It is very well set up for a family of 4. We were very impressed with all the storage in the bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the skillets and utensils that were needed. The appliances are very nice and have been recently updated.
The team members kept us well informed before our check in with up to date details.

The 1204EAST unit was absolutely wonderful! From the decor, to the location ... the beach was beautiful, the added activity and wildlife attracted to the pier, the staff, the condo ... pools, nearby stores, ... everything about it was perfect!

I believe a more relaxed policy during off season for early check-in should be considered. There was obviously no one before us or after us on Thanksgiving weekend yet we still couldn't check in any earlier than 3:00. It was very inconvenient and off-putting since we drove from Atlanta. The condo obviously hadn't been used in awhile - clocks hadn't been set back. The policy of $50/hour for earlier check-in is ludicrous when there is no one before - its enough to make us consider other properties over this one.

When you walked into the ground foyer, there was always a nice clean smell. You can tell the property is cleaned regularly and well-kept. We never saw clutter anywhere. There was always a cart available when we needed one. We stayed on the 12th floor and I was amazed at how quickly the elevators arrived. My husband really enjoyed staying in Summerwind East because it was conveniently located next to the pier. We saw dolphins every day, either from our balcony or from the pier. It was amazing.
The team was very pleasant to work with.

There is no substitute for the soothing sound of water lapping the beach and feel of sugery sand on Navarre Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins playing.

Navarre team was knowledgeable and helpful before and during our stay. We unexpectedly arrived after office hours. The procedure was clearly explained to us over the phone and everything worked out without a problem.
