Lounge comfortably in the OPEN LIVING area with all new furnishings. The DINING table has seating for 10 with 4 at the oversized bar. Lagoon pool will be closed from Nov 6th until Nov 20th 2023
On the 2nd floor, the Guest room has TWO QUEEN BEDS and a bath w/ soaking tub and a stand alone shower. This bedroom opens onto a full porch for relaxing. A second floor suite has THREE XL TWIN BUNK BEDS, an ensuite bath and a porch overlooking the back yard. The 3rd floor has a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, a work station for your laptop and a play space for the kids. Every bedroom opens onto porch for Gulf breezes. The PRIVATE back yard is priceless and offers a natural oasis close to the 12,000 sq ft LAGOON POOL! A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH or a TRAM ride from the stop that is just steps outside the door!
The Outdoor shower keeps sand outside and the walk-in LAUNDRY on 1st floor is convenient. Parking space is available for 2 vehicles. Meticulously appointed and well thought out, this is the perfect home for your family and friends to make many new memories!


This home includes additional beach gear of your choice, such as paddle boards, kayaks, beach carts, corn hole, etc… Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive a certificate to use towards these items. The amount is based on the length of your stay. You may choose from a website the items you would like delivered to the home during your visit.

You must be at least 25 years old to reserve this home. NO exceptions.

LOCATION

Right behind this home is a protected trail that leads to Rosemary Beach Square, enjoy walking or riding your bike to the area’s best dining, unique boutique shopping, or enjoy tennis lessons at the Rosemary Tennis Club. Seacrest Beach is a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches, or you can climb aboard Seacrest Beach’s private beach shuttle that will pick you up at Tram stop - just steps away-and take you right to the beach!

The home is just a leisurely stroll down the brick paver streets lined with palm trees where you will discover the beautiful 12,000 square foot swimming pool area with waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to soak up the sun.
