Sandpiper 508. Come "Sea" what everyone is raving about! This adorable 1 Bedroom plus Bunkroom condo that sleeps 6 is new to our rental program and we are excited to bring it to you. Step out to beautiful views of our one of a kind lazy river and the Choctawhatchee Bay from your condo's private balcony located just off the open living area. From the moment you walk in to this condo, you will be amazed at the view from this 5th floor corner condo. Master bedroom has a private smaller balcony that offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico!

Destin West bayside offers a 700 foot lazy river for you to float all of your cares away. Tubes are provided by the resort so no need to bring anything more than your swimsuit and sunscreen. We provide all the vibes for a relaxing vacation for you and your family. Along with the lazy river, there is a waterfall pool (heated during winter months), 2 large hot tubs, access to the marina where you can fish without a license. Destin West Gulfside has beach access and 2 pools available for you to use.
Thinking of bringing your boat? We can offer a boat slip rental. Slip off to Crab Island for the day or head out for a day of fishing.
At the end of the day, enjoy the lazy river light show as you and your family float or as you watch from your balcony.

We enjoyed our stay & loved our condo. However, we noticed Armband policy not always enforced. Also many unsupervised children in Bayside pool.

The condo was clean and we had no issues at all. We loved that we had a balcony facing the beach and one facing the bay. Check in and out was very easy. I will definitely book through best beach getaways again.

Stayed in Sandpiper Unit 508 in May 2023. Unit has fabulous view of the pool area and bay - fifth floor gets you above the trees to see the view. Unit was clean and had a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms have custom upgrades, putting this unit above others that we looked at. It is a 7-8 minute walk to the beach - beautiful white sand and clear water. Unit had a beach buggy, beach chairs, and an umbrella that we took advantage of. Pool area is well-maintained and clean. Didn't find the pool overly busy either. Less than a ten-minute drive to Destin Harbor Boardwalk. Tip: all food is removed between renters, so don't forget to bring/buy seasonings if you are doing any cooking! Definitely recommend this unit, and resort. Can't wait to come back!

We have always enjoyed being here. Our current unit is perfect for us and we like it a lot. But next year we need a larger unit because of more than usual company coming for longer stays I just hope it is as nice as this unit but larger. Clean and not overly decorated (plain). We stay for 10 weeks. Robyn is the perfect agent to deal with.

Property was beautiful and as advertised. We had an issue at check in and it was handled quickly and well. Unit was clean upon arrival and expectations for leaving were very reasonable. Kids loved the bunk beds and tv. Amenities were great, loved the heated pool, with the lazy river was heated as well. Several pools are located onsite and I saw conflicting information on which ones were accessible by all residents. Only complaint would be the floors, they seem to have not been mopped in sometime so walking from the shower to the bed would make your feet black with dirt. You had to wear some sort of shoe the entire time there or your feet would be black with dirt. Otherwise we loved it there and plan to come back in 2023!
