Rossana’s Beach House is a newly constructed home in popular Seacrest Beach, snuggled in between Aly’s Beach and Rosemary Beach. Surrounded by endless dining, shopping and entertainment, your family can always find something to do. Opt for walking 5 minutes to the beach or hop on the complimentary shuttle service (runs seasonally). You are steps away from the 12,000 square foot lagoon pool. Parking for 2 cars only NO GOLF CARTS ALLOWED!

When you arrive at the home you will have parking for five cars and easy access to the property. Upon entering this new and exquisite five bedroom, five and a half bathroom retreat, you enter the open concept kitchen, living and dining room with a touch of coastal elegance that was expertly designed with gray stained oak floors, imported tile flooring, white marble and granite counters, and Kitchen Aid appliances. The living room has plenty of plush seating for the entire family.

You will find the first king guest bedroom just beyond the kitchen featuring a private bath. As you enter the second floor, straight ahead you will enter the “shiplap” master bedroom with king bed and private bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. You also have a private balcony off the master. Across from the master bedroom you will find the fun bunk room with four built in bunks and a shared bathroom. On the other side of the bathroom you will find the third king guest bedroom with private bath. On the North East corner of the home on the second floor you will find the fourth king guest bedroom with private bath.

On the third floor you will be entering the homes playground, so to speak. Enjoy game nights in the game room with ping pong table and dart board or walk into the home theatre room to watch a movie or big game on an eighty inch television with surround sound and theatre seating. The third floor deck features a covered patio with a grill station and sunset viewing area.

AMAZING house with lots of windows, outside areas, beautiful 3rd floor terrace for dinner and watching the sunset. bunk beds were a hit with the grandkids. bathrooms all stylish and in great shape. Nice kitchen complete with separate ice maker which was a bonus. Loved all the security day and night in the area as well. Trolley was very convenient and stops right across from the house. Very happy with our choice.

We’ve been coming to Seacrest since 2005, Rosanna’s Beach was one the best houses we’ve stayed at. There nine adults and bedrooms were perfect. The main living and dining space was where everyone hung out. A great space to eat, talk and watch together. The house is close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. This was definitely a new favorite.

Rosanna's Beach House was perfect for our family vacation - great location too! Only issue we had was the air conditioning on the top level which was frustrating and I would have thought would have been noticed by cleaning crew or whomever checks the home between renters and resolved at that time. Also suggest more supplies be provided, ie., kleenex, hand soap (pump), additional toilet paper, for convenience and one less thing we need to purchase on arrival.

We had a group of 12 adults stay very comfortably at Rosanna's Beach House. It was a great location in the community, steps from the pool and very central to the beach access point. The tram stops throughout the community made everything very accessible. I would suggest picking up the community wristbands before you check-in. You will need an ID and proof of your stay (an email or text with the house address on it will suffice). We took advantage of the beach gear rental and rented two coolers which were dropped off upon arrival. The house was perfect, very comfortable beds, each room was spacious and had it's own private bath with the exception of the bunk room. However, there was still a bathroom right outside the bunkroom dedicated for those guests. My only suggestions for future guests: you may need to pick up additional trash bags and paper towels from the store if you are staying for a week (salt and pepper if you are planning to cook at the house). You will also need to bring beach towels (which we did). If you are planning to rent beach chairs at the private beach, I would book the chairs a week in advance through Dolce Vita. We waited until the week of to reserve chairs and they were all sold out for one our beach days. We ended up going down to the beach at 8:30/9am to speak to an attendant and wait in line for the extra chairs. We were able to secure 8 chairs (the last ones) and there was a line of people that had formed behind us that were unable to reserve any chairs. So definitely be proactive if you plan on renting beach chairs! The host was very communitive and let us know as soon as the house was ready for early check-in. Our house ended up being ready around 2pm which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the stay was amazing and we would definitely come back and stay again!

This house was great! It was beautiful and in a perfect location. The only suggestion I have is adding some more basics such as garbage bags, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. It became a little stressful realizing there weren’t any basics there and having to run to and from the grocery store often while on vacation. That would make this rental perfect!

This is our 5th trip to the area but first to Rossana's beach house and it is just beautiful and perfect for our group. If I'm being super picky, I would just say I wish they had a stack of beach towels and some beach gear (boogie boards, floats, inter tubes, etc) as I've had these in other rentals. Other than that, nothing to complain about and just great memories. We'll be back!
