It has a private balcony with spiral staircase leading to a roof top patio with fabulous views of the beach and bay. The rooftop has a private gas grill, lounge chairs with a view that you can't find anywhere else overlooking the beautiful bay and the 700 foot lazy river.

The grand master bedroom features a King size bed with private master bath.
A set of twin bunk beds are privately located near the guest bathroom.
A cozy Queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
The fully equipped kitchen features a side-by-side fridge/freezer with a water and ice maker, dishwasher, oven with smooth top range, and an over-the-range microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a garbage disposal.
Washer and dryers are also in every unit.

Guests in the Osprey Building also have access to an additional seasonally heated pool located directly below this property. All Guest of Destin West will also have access to the newly built pier and marina great for fishing.
The walkover bridge also puts you within a 10-15min walk of several local beach side restaurants and bars. There is also a convenience store next door open 24 hrs a day in case you forgot something during your stay.
