This condo impresses with its double balconies boasting expansive views throughout. Walk out onto the large balcony right off the living room and feel the breeze coming off the bay. Or enjoy your coffee from the bedroom balcony and take in the early morning sights of the Gulf. At any point in the day, you can watch yachts floating by and perhaps catch a glimpse of dolphins playing. This is your chance to spend your time relaxing the way you've always wanted! Spectacular updates and renovations include a rainfall shower head in the master bathroom, wood-like porcelain tile throughout, an open floor plan, multiple flat screen TVs, and soothing coastal colors that pair perfectly with the luxurious and comfortable vibe this condo offers. Save your luggage space for necessities as we have stocked our "beach closet" with beach toys, umbrella, chairs, and cooler.
We also provide our guests free coastal beach service during their stay, meaning you'll have two chairs and an umbrella already set up and waiting for you to relax in at the gulfs edge. Bring your beach towels! The Gulf side and Bayside are linked via a pedestrian skybridge giving you quick and easy access to both the beach and all of the resort's amenities. You're literally just a 5-minute walk away from having your toes in the renowned emerald coast's pure white sand!
Our modern and updated kitchen is fully stocked with your kitchen basics. Wake up in the morning and choose how you'd like your coffee brewed as we offer a Keurig K-cup and pot combination machine. Staying in for breakfast? Why not enjoy it on the patio while taking in the relaxing sounds of the waterfall and calm bay tides.
