The convenient location of Palazzo on the sought after west end is near HWY 79, the International Airport, lots of great restaurants, Pier Park & Santa Rosa Beach (30a). Palazzo offers an impressive array of Gulf front amenities such as: an elevated tropical gulf front pool and spa, fitness facility, meeting space and covered Gulf side parking. This condo has a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer and a very private balcony with endless Gulf front views. Palazzo is a new, quiet luxury building located just 1 mile west of 'Pier Park' in Panama City Beach. This condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the bedroom with private bath, a separate bunk room (XL twins) with its own bathroom and a queen size sofa bed. The door in the hallway creates privacy for those sleeping on the sofa bed. The condo is fully furnished with all new furniture and large, WiFi connected LCD televisions. The owners also provide 2 chairs, an umbrella, cooler and cart for a day at the beach. The elevated pool/spa area is beautiful and provides fantastic gulf views, while you are lounging by the year round heated pool. A large fitness center with top of the line equipment also overlooks the pool and gulf. Parking is $40 per vehicle paid to the resort. Beach service is included during season.

For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required.
