Osprey L06 features:
Sleeps 12 total-plenty of room to invite the family or friends you call family
Master has King bed, access to balcony, beautiful views of the lazy river/pool deck, en suite bathroom with extra large walk in closet, large walk in shower, jetted tub and double sinks. We have also added a new sleeper chair that folds out into a twin bed. Perfect for families with small children who still like to be near mom or dad.
Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, built-in closet space, access to additional private balcony.
2nd Guest Bedroom/Kids room has a Bunk Bed with Full size bed on bottom, twin over the top and twin trundle. There is a cute little reading nook as well.

Open concept Living room with a super comfy and large sectional sofa that is also a sleeper sofa. We have also added another sleeper chair that will fold out into a twin bed. The living room is open to the dining area and the kitchen so everyone can be included in conversation, meals or watching the game on our new 75 inch TV!! Living room walks out to the balcony where you will find seating for 6 to enjoy meals prepared on the private propane grill as well as the private 4 person hot-tub and new outdoor living set to read a book or just relax.
