The Marbella Villas are in walking distance from the Historic Bridge Street, the Hub of entertainment in this wonderful beach community, a street where you can shop, dine, and play from beach to bay. The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to the Marbella Villas. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat. This area also offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. We loved our stay at Marbella villas! The condo (#8) had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach view was perfect, and we loved the direct pool access from the rear balcony. A great vacation!

We loved the condo. The view of the Gulf is outstanding. Easy access and a few steps to the white sandy beach was a plus. The condo had everything we needed except sand chairs and an umbrella. The condo has free chase lounges to drag to the beach which are sturdy and nice but heavy to move for older people.
We lost Wifi one day and it was fixed quickly. Check in and out are done from condo.
We loved the elevator and covered parking. Washing clothes in the lovely washing machine and dryer was easy. The pool and hot tub were nicely maintained.
We walked to shops and restaurants. A free trolley pickup was near the condo and took you up and down Anna Maria Island to beaches, restaurants, and shops.
Because of Covid, you have to supply all food items including salt and pepper. They had paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and washing machine detergent.

We had a wonderful time at Marbella Villa 8. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and pool. Don’t hesitate to book your vacation here. Anna Maria Island is beautiful and has great restaurants too!
