We want you to truly enjoy your vacation experience here. We’ve created an environment that will make you feel like you’re at home, even though you’re at the beach. We designed our condo with constant reminders of the beach. We think that by creating a beach kind of environment our place will make your vacation that much more special. Our condo is the perfect backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 160+ square foot balcony. Just like us, you'll want to spend lots of time here because of the wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Whenever we come down we bring along binoculars so we can enjoy the dolphins while having our morning coffee out here. And make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening. This comfortable balcony is just the beginning of what we think makes our vacation home away from home pretty special.

Jade East is a unique boutique resort Asian style building located in the heart of Destin. It’s convenient to all of the attractions that vacationers to Destin want but it’s a gated resort building so that you can feel safe while you’re here. It’s located minutes from world-class golf, challenging sport fishing, exquisite restaurants and boutique shops. The resort has a great many wonderful features:

Jade East is the perfect getaway in the middle of everything vacation spot.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
