The unit was clean, great location and had everything we needed. Destin west it a great place to stay and you can walk right over the bridge to the beach. The lazy river is fun and there are multiple pools. The customer service was great. Every time I asked a question it was answered quickly. I would recommend this unit!!

This was our 2nd stay at Heron #407. It’s a beautiful unit that’s well-styled and well-stocked. The owners thought of everything. There’s plenty of dish ware and utensils, full-sized laundry, beach wagon, beach chairs, etc. We appreciate the smaller size of the building (compared to larger complexes), specifically because my husband is disabled. The walking distance to the elevator, pools, and parking are minimal. The proximity to Beasley State Park allows him to park in close proximity to the beach and have safe, easier access to the beach. The condo complex is clean and well-maintained. Communications regarding our stay were simple and easy to follow. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and look forward to future stays!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautifully updated and spacious condo. Fully stocked kitchen and great views of the lazy river. Unit was ready early to our surprise and was very clean. Love Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. Beautiful sunset views from the pier while doing a little fishing, what more could you ask for!

We had a great time again this year. My only remorse was that I was told I would not be charged the full amount for Saturday night since we were not coming until Sunday afternoon and this was communicated from the very beginning when we booked our trip because we could not get tickets for all of our family to travel on Saturday.

Our stay at Destin West/Heron 407 exceeded our expectations! We usually try to book directly with owners and avoid property management companies, but booked with Best Beach Getaways for a last minute vacation this year. We were so impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the condo! To say nothing of the attentive, prompt,
friendly and courteous folks at Best Beach Getaways! Truly a great experience and blessing for our family! The condo was wonderful and we were pleasantly surprised by this property management association!
