This three bedroom two bath spacious condo is located in the Heron Building of the Destin West Beach and Bay Resort - home of the 700 foot lazy lagoon river as well as multiple other swimming pools and hot tubs!

This condo boosts beautiful unobstructed views of the Choctawhatchee Bay from large balcony. Watch the sailboats and the dolphins go by while you relax with your morning coffee.

Master bedroom has elegant furnishings with King size bed and spa style bathroom. Jetted garden tub in bathroom with walk in tiled shower. Large walk in closet.
Second bedroom has King size bed-(new 2021) lots of closet space and TV/DVD with access to full size bathroom

Third bedroom has bunk bed with twin over full and twin underneath., Flat screen TV. There is an air mattress for those 9th and 10th guests available.

All linens are provided and are top of the line with high thread count. This condo will furnish you and your family with luxury throughout.

Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

Dining area has large table with plenty of seating for everyone. Living room has Comfy sofa and is the perfect place to unwind after a long hard day at the beach. Great place for movie night with large TV and DVD player or catch the big game.

Furnished with the condo is high speed wireless internet for ease of internet access.

Destin West offers something for every guest. 700 Foot Lazy Lagoon River with inner tubes provided on site free of charge. Waterfall swimming pool, two huge hot tubs too. Guests in the Heron Building also have access to an additional seasonally heated pool located directly below this property. Additional pools including kiddie pool are available for your use too - just a short walk over the walkover bridge connecting both sides of this exclusive resort.

We loved our week in Destin West! The condo was very nice - clean and with enough kitchen essentials to cook. We did buy extra toilet paper, soap and paper towels, but we knew going in that only a starter supply is provided. This was a great location with a view of the lazy river (wish the palms were trimmed a little for better view). Check in was seamless and the pool bands and parking tag were waiting for us when we got there. All appliances and facilities worked great and we had plenty of room. Only downside is the walk to the beach, but we got more use out of the pool and lazy river anyway (btw the lazy river is awesome)! Garbage chute is right across the hall- very convenient and the overall location of Destin West was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Heron 305 was GREAT! Despite the weather they rolled in our stay and condo was wonderful. We did reach out the first night with some "minor" issues. (Nothing serious) :)
Condo was beautiful, well equipped, great location (Maybe trim that palm tree down a little to see a better view of the lazy river) and clean. We were very pleased and enjoyed our week! We would definitely book this unit again. Thank you!! :)

My family loved staying at this beautiful condo! Cute décor, easy access to elevator, great balcony furniture, beautiful view, and most comfortable master bedroom king bed we had ever slept on! We loved the master bedroom mattress so much on the way home from our trip, we ordered the exact same mattress for our master bedroom at home! Super clean & wonderful property management company! They were so nice to let us in a bit early because we arrived into town an hour early! Thank you for a great vacation!
