This luxurious condo has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with almost 1600 sq. ft. living and over 400 sq. ft. of patio space. The living room has plenty of seating and a great view of the bay and the lazy river. The living room also has a sleeper sofa, a sleeper chair (each with 6 inch mattress)and a 64" Flat screen CURVED TV .Free High Speed Internet with Wifi for your laptops, ipod, ipads, etc. Dining room table has custom made table with seating for 8 plus 3 additional bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Every kitchen appliance possible, including Kuerig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, crock pot, Cuisinart cookware just to name a few. No reason to bring anything from home when staying in this unit.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed with memory foam cooling mattress and large flat screen TV It also has a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and two sink vanity. The Master bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony and a large window that gives the spacious bedroom an open feeling.

The second bedroom has a King Bed with memory foam cooling mattress and a large screen TV. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed including memory foam cooling mattress and XL twin bed on top and a TV. All bed covers are new and top of the line.

We are still enjoying unit Heron 304 until March 10th per our contract and are pleased to know we can return next year from Jan. 1 to March 8th. Thank you for attending to our needs. We have always enjoyed our past years with Robin helping us. Now that our children and grandchildren are able to join us again next year we're very grateful for this unit. Thank you.

Loved loved loved this condo! Best part is the huge deck!! But inside was great too. LR was good sized for a condo and beds were super comfortable. We love staying on gulf side in the fall since it seems less windy. Grandkids had a blast in the pool area. Thanks for making our farewell to them so perfect. They are off to Japan now for 3 years!

We arrived to a clean well equipped condo unit. The internet had an issue, but I phoned it in and within minutes a tech was at the door and fixed the problem. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kids slept in the living room, a few bumps in those, but I think that is a norm for sofa sleepers. Our family of 8 was comfortable, plenty of dishes and glasses to use meals for days, we only had to make sure our towels were washed and dried AM & PM so we had enough for everyone to shower, but the washer and dryer worked super-fast and we stayed on top of it and never ran out. Beautiful, relaxing and I would recommend in a heartbeat! Already miss being on the patio talking and eating meals with everyone gathered around the table. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience Island life in your home!

The overall unit was great. The beds are very nice and the kitchen is very well supplied. Reminder bring things like spices and foil, baggies, and cooking oil and such. When they clean up every things must get cleaned up? No supplies remain. The view out over the bay was very nice for morning coffee. For us the weather was great 80 deg and sunny for the first 3 days on day 4 still warm but very windy but day 5 brought a construction team to the unit above. A lot of banging and moving things around and they started early enough to wake us and enough noise we skipped the coffee on the balcony. Went for walk on beach instead, life is hard.
Like I said all in all a very nice place to stay we may come back some day? One other issue is the main road out front it is very busy all day. Then at rush hours 4 to 6pm it is VERY busy, hard to get out. So make your plans around that time it will help a lot.
