HERON 303

Prime corner condo with water front location. Views of bay and lazy river/pool deck. The condo is very spacious (2389 sf) with 2 king suites, and 2 full beds plus a fold out sleeper chair. All mattresses are plush top of the line Coastals. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is also a half bath. Perfect for large families with all adults or grown children needing their own bed (no bunks) and bathroom. This spacious condo sleeps 9 with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable being together or needing their own space. An extra large wraparound balcony with gorgeous views of the bay and the lazy river. There is plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy the balcony all at once at meal time or just to lounge around and watch the boat traffic or the dolphins play.
Heron has a pool exclusively for guests of the Heron building and it is heated. There is also a 700 ft lazy river and 2 spas along with a waterfall pool that is also heated during colder months. There is a walk-over bridge leading to the the Gulf with it's beautiful white sandy beaches.
Living room is complete with 55 inch flat screen mounted over an electric fireplace. Perfect for those who like to escape the winters to stay with us. The 2 masters have 47 inch TVs and the 3rd bedroom has a 42 inch tv. All are new flat screens with the three largest being LED razors. The 3 largest TVs are internet capable and the owners offer free Netflix movies numbering in the 100s.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped. There is also a private dining room with seating for 6 plus additional seating at the breakfast bar.
There are numerous restaurants nearby, a boardwalk, aquarium and it's a short drive to an outlet mall as well as several other shopping complexes and grocery stores. The convention center is a block and a half away. There are also numerous golf courses.
No contact check-in and out, Wifi and free parking.

We absolutely LOVE this condo. This was our 2nd year in a row staying in Heron 303. From the views of the bay, the quick walk to the lazy river and pool and also the very short walk to rent a pontoon for the day, this place is perfect! It’s very roomy and great for our family.

I loved that each bedroom had its own bath, plus another half bath in the hall! The living areas were perfect for family time, especially since the weather did not cooperate while we were there. The condo had all the kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc) to make eating in easy. It was also nice to eat dinner out a few times as a lot of good options close by. While the beach was the biggest attraction, it was great to have multiple pools and a lazy river on the property.

Spacious condo that felt more like a home! Very clean and beautiful view of the bay and pool. You can also see a part of the lazy river. Easy check in and check out. One of the backs to the lounge chairs on the patio was broken. There were no salt, pepper or basic seasonings. One of the resort wrist bands was broken and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. None of this was a big deal to us. We loved the condo and had a great time at the resort. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately, there was no electric can opener nor was there a mixer although the implements were in the drawer. I was pleased to note that there was an abundance of pots. The pans were not useful for frying eggs. The view was spectacular. The beds were comfortable. The master bedroom was cool at night. We did not need to adjust the temperature. My only complaint was that we had everyone over at our condo for every meal and either there was no access to the pantry so all the food had to stay in containers or on the counter. We have stayed in the lanai 203 and the 603 condos before and Heron 303 is my new favorite.

I’ve got to give this place a 5 because it really is a Great Condo. 2400 sq feet, it’s huge. Having that dining room table was really great when it was time to eat. I do have to say the only downside was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was lumpy, soft and sleeping in it was not very comfortable ( but the view was just too pretty to not stay in it ). Please get a new mattress!!! Other beds were good per my family. We brought our beach chairs and cover because none of the reviews I read said anything about them being there and when I called they told me it didn’t have any that she could see on the site. When we arrived they had beach chairs and umbrella ( and a few other things) in laundry room. So if you’re driving, don’t bother bringing any. I was very happy that I chose Bayside, so nice for the kids with the pools and that lazy river is great. The Condo was very clean when we arrived, we did have problem with garbage disposal. I called and maintenance came to fix it within an hour and he was so nice, he also looked at TV in master ( my husband couldn’t get the streaming channels) but we could watch regular TV in there. The maintenance man said it was probably an older TV. It really was not a problem for us since we we’re on vacation but would be nice to have a newer TV in there. Everyone in my family loved the place and said this was the best place I’ve booked so far. That beach is beautiful. They could have some better signs on the gulf side but when you walk over once you pretty much got it. Close to everything in my opinion, and talk about a huge balcony just WOW and a big plus is you don’t see the neighbors. The views from balcony so pretty we got the sunrise but not sunset. It was a wonderful time and this Condo is pretty amazing.

This is a wonderful condo. So very spacious! The view of the bay and one of the pools/lazy river are amazing! Communication with the property management team was awesome throughout the entire rental process...We highly recommend this condo!
