The door between the master bedroom & the hallway was sticky.

There was no salt & pepper. Is that a Covid thing? It seems unnecessarily strict.

The condo was nice and clean. The master bedroom view was incredible. The overall layout of the condo was odd. We did not like and were shocked to find none of the interior doors locked. "We all need our privacy" even the teenagers complained about it. I was also very disappointed there was no hair dryer or crock pot. We had to go buy one the first day. I would also recommend an upgrade in skillets for the kitchen. We loved Carabeann Resort and would stay again but maybe not this condo.
I never saw or spoke with a member. I booked online. Very easy to book and deal with. I found it to be easy.

Great condo. Many plus'. Comfy beds, NICE view of beach, etc. The kitchen and porch was pretty small for 11 people. The pool stayed crowded. I would say this is perfect for smaller group. I have stayed at summerwind before and their condos are my favorite!
Very attentive, friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

This place was awesome.There were 12 of us total.. Ages from 6-56 and everyone had fun! The condo was excellent. Spacious and very well taken care of. The view fantastic !! We had everything we needed right there. It was clean and well maintained.The staff friendly and spoke to us every time.(southern hospitality)at it's finest.We are planning another trip next year.We can't wait to return.Thank you!!
