Welcome to "Best Nest"'... an immaculately maintained three bedroom beach cottage less than one block to our gorgeous white sand beaches! This adorable cottage located steps to the community pool is nestled in the popular Crystal Beach Community in Destin, Florida. A wonderful family neighborhood perfect for a relaxing vacation with family & friends! "Best Nest' is convenient to countless shops, restaurants, an outdoor shopping mall, water park, world class golf courses, mini golf, arcades, go cart tracks, bowling alleys, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Publix, WalMart, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and an IMAX movie theater, a marina, and HarborWalk Village. Community allows 2 cars per unit.

"Best Nest' has a great layout with two king bedrooms downstairs, both with their own bathroom. The third bedroom is located upstairs. It has two twin beds and there is a large play area with a television and games for the family. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions.

The living area is lovely with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. There is an open floor plan with a dining area and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to make delicious dinners at home. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.

There is a charming front porch with a driveway for off street parking. The large backyard has a lovely deck with outdoor dining table, a gas grill, and lots of space to run around.

Cool off in the community pool just steps away or stroll down to the beach and take a dip in the Gulf. The Hutchinson Street Beach Access is a short walk. It features a covered picnic table pavilion, bathrooms, showers, and beach service available for an additional fee. Enjoy walking, jogging, skating and bicycling throughout the charming neighborhood. Clipper Cove is known for it's picturesque white picket fences and pastel cottage homes. Relax on your porch and enjoy the beach breezes.

The garage has been completely converted into an unbelievable game room complete with a high end foosball table, game table, bar with bar seating, huge leather couch and chairs, wall mounted large television, and it even has an AC unit!

Please note this home is not pet friendly and absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED!

We LOVED our stay at "Best Nest". It was the perfect place for our family. I was worried about the kids and the spiral staircase, but the stairs are solid and we had no mishaps. The location was great and convenient to the beach (especially the backyard gate to the sidewalk to the beach). It would be nice if the backdoor had a code like the front door and game cave, though, so that when you arrive back from the beach, someone did not have to traipse through the house to unlock the back. I would also highly recommend other guests to bring your own blankets - we were not able to locate any throws or extra blankets - and the air condition works wonderfully. My only real complaint is that for 6 people staying three nights there was a single roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We had to go buy our own to complete the trip. Having a spare roll in each bathroom would have been sufficient. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the third time we have stayed at the Best Nest House. It is in a perfect location with a small walk to the beach or to the Destin Commons. Quaint house gives you the feeling that you are at home. Love, Love, Love this place.

The best little home away from home! Close to everything! We enjoyed the house and man cave with all the games. We really did enjoy every minute of it! There was plenty of room as we have a family of six. Highly recommend to everyone!

We loved our stay at The Best Nest! It was so nice to be in a home, not just an investment property. It’s clearly loved by the owners and a space they enjoy too.
Location was perfect and not nearly as busy as other parts of the area. So close to the beach and the pool, and we loved the fun garage space! Our little kiddos enjoyed everything too. We can’t wait to stay again!
