We loved everything about this condo! It was a perfect stay for our family of 6 adults.
It was a pleasant surprise to get a call that our condo was ready earlier than we anticipated. Appreciated the friendly man who answered all my questions. Check in was so easy. Liked having a door code & no keys to keep track of.
Each person I spoke with was helpful & courteous.

The on-site staff at Beach Colony were extremely helpful. I did not get the lady's name but she always seemed to be in the right place at the right time to give us needed information like- where to park (our large truck would not fit In The covered parking) and guided us to the community center to use the gym and restrooms.

It was comfortable unit. The kitchen was well stocked with many utensils, pots and pans that made it easy to cook meals. The beds were comfortable.
They were very responsive and helpful.

We had a great week. We like the 3 bedroom units and I like that they all have their own bathrooms.
They made our trip very enjoyable.

Beach Colony is a family friendly condo in a great location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The beach is clean and beautiful. Fishing pier is close. Pool is excellent.

We had six people in our party and the space was perfect! Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. The pool was great and would have spent more time in the water If the weather would have cooperated. The unit was exactly as represented online and the staff was very helpful. When I called to reserve the unit the individual was very helpful and answered all my questions. The unit was represented exactly as viewed online and there were no surprises. We will definitely return!

Beach Colony could really use an outside restroom, what a major pain it is to have to go up to an upper floor, which is going to just encourage little kids to pee in pools and the ocean. With the security gate and checking for wrist bands it would get used only by owners and guests. Those patio areas under the first floor balconies that have tables nobody knows who can use could be enclosed and put one in each tower? Please pass along the suggestion to their HOA. Thanks!

The property was truly lovely. I wish The Pearl next door were even with our condo. It blocked the view to the right of us. Honestly, it didn't matter much I enjoyed every second I spent on that balcony on the 15th floor. We have wonderful memories.
I thought your employees at the desk seemed to be having a bad day when we checked in. None of them were overly friendly.
It didn't matter. I was so excited to be vacationing with my grown kids I didn't have to have a welcome wagon.
