LaCosta

LaCosta is a residential condominium complex with all two-bedroom, two-bath fully equipped condominiums. We feature a gulf-front heated swimming pool and a barbecue area. Located in the heart of Anna Maria Island. Each unit is individually owned and decorated to the owner’s tastes. Some units will sleep up to six people, but most will accommodate four adults very comfortably. LaCosta is an elevated building with the first level being the garage area. The first units above the garage are numbered 101 and up, and the 2nd-floor units are numbered 201 and up. There is an elevator in the center of the building and laundry rooms on each floor. LaCosta has a one-week minimum rental period. Most reservations begin on a Saturday, but we are happy to help you with alternative check-in days if availability permits.
