Summerwind 1304E – Navarre`s Best Nest

Everything was excellent!

Condo is very clean and nicely updated. There are lots of family DVD's for viewing. Great views from the balcony.

The Management Team is fantastic. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Upon arrival the condo was welcoming and very clean! The condo had everything we needed and expected. We will definitely book future accommodation through Best Beach Getaways!

This was the first time my wife and I have been to Navarre! We enjoyed our getaway! The condo was clean beautiful view and quiet!! The condo needed a few updates but overall very nice and cozy. We will be back!

The condo was very clean and the decor has been updated since our last stay. The views are fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely, and the complex is walking distance to 3 restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Summerwinds. It was our second time staying at this property and in the Best Nest condo. The condo was very clean and has nice decor that has been updated since our last stay 2 years ago. The only downside during this stay was our rowdy neighbors next door in unit 1308. They played loud music and guitars on their balcony during the evening. Politely asking them to keep it down was only met with foul language and nasty comments. Calling security resulted in nothing being done.
This was disappointing. We have always liked Navarre Beach and Summerwinds because of it being relaxing and quiet.

we will be back soon, excellent place to relax and have fun !!!!

The reservation operation works very well and the staff is polite. I called in the reservation at the last moment and the young lady I spoke with was very courteous and helpful.

The unit was in pretty good condition considering that hurricane Sally had hit the area only a week or so prior to our stay.
We always have a great time there.
The maintenance team was excellent.

The best view in Navarre!
Because of COVID we had limited experience with the staff. But when we called prior to arrival they were very nice and helpful.

Stay was mainly ok. Maintenance was able to enter condo while I was still in bed because there is no inside security lock. Spraying for bugs should be done when no one is in the condo. Two alarms went off during my stay one that went on for about an hour later at night. A fire alarm during the day that required evacuation and walking down 13 flights of stairs. Not easy to do at my age. The stopper in the bathtub doesn't work. Two light bulbs burnt out.

I come to this property every year. The property is always clean and nice. The condos seem to need more maintenance.

The property was easy to find. It was quick and easy to park and get in and out of our condo.

Gorgeous view, I loved the fast elevators ( no really, as many times as we went up/down that mattered), white sand beaches, warm ocean water, walks on the pier, and the food around town was spectacular. We found it strange that close to shore the ocean was green... just made our pictures we took seem odd. LOL. Well done people. You've got it down pat and we'd love to be back

The trip was wonderful once I received my room. I would definitely come back again. It was the most relaxing vacation I've ever had.
Everything was lovely except for the lady at the front desk who completely ignored me for 5 min. I stood there and waited for the black lady to finish up her telephone conversation. She was helping another customer so I was ok with that but the other lady comes around the corner and looks at me, goes straight to the refrigerator and ignores me for 3 min. She finally turns back around and asked me if I have been helped. I told her no. Then she calls someone else to the desk to help me check in. She looked like a manager. After this I was ready to get my money back.

The whole property was AMAZING! The attention to detail was perfect. The condo felt like home. We found it hard to leave. Thank you so much for providing beautiful facilities for us to enjoy! We've been in the military for over 23 years and away from Navarre for 21 years. You have helped us with beautiful new memories and we can't wait to return after our retirement in Aug! Thanks for everything and God bless.

My only complaint is the DVD player in the room didn't work. I forgot to advise the front desk when we checked out. Also, there was a dripping in the master bath side of the bathroom. I did advise the front desk about this when we checked out. Sounded like water dripping on the air conditioning ducts.

They were very friendly. They were so nice to call us when we were running a little late checking in and told us to call if we were detained any longer. We really appreciated it and it put my mind at ease. And also very friendly and accommodating when e decided to stay one more night.
