Summerwind 1303E – Eat, Drink & Flounder

Once again, our stay in Navarre, in a Best Beach Getaway, and in Eat, Drink, and Flounder was fabulous! This was not my first stay here and it will not be my last stay here!

Nice place, security is a little overwhelming though

The condo was very comfortable and clean. Spectacular views. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. We love this property. The access the beach is great. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Everyone is extremely friendly. We didn't have any direct interaction with staff this trip. Previous trip, the people working at the desk were friendly and helpful. The clean staff is always friendly.
From booking the trip online to our departure, all correspondence was great. The communication via text/e-mail upon arrival in Navarre was great. Our condo was actually ready and available two hours early. This was the second time we have rented a condo through Navarre Properties. The communication is top notch. Properties are clean and well maintained.

Always enjoy our yearly stay in the condos at Summerwind. We have stayed more than 5 times and every time the condos are just perfect! I'm great condition, updated, beautiful views, well maintained and the most friendliest staff from all we encountered! We will be back next June !!!

We love staying at SummerWind! The beaches are clean, the lifeguards are nice and the people renting chairs are pleasant to talk to. The pool is awesome for little kids as it is not deeper than 5ft. We were able to teach our little girl how to dog paddle and felt safe letting her paddle around the pool with us close behind. The room was clean and well stocked with what we needed.

We loved how security would walk around and check pool bracelet. They even spoke to some teens who were being to rough in the pool area around little kids.

We felt like we were home and our little 3 year old felt comfortable and was able to enjoy being away from home.

The place is nice, clean and feels safe.

I love the location....the easy access to EVERYTHING! The balcony views are breathtaking! We loved looking at the pier at night. The beach was gorgeous. People were so friendly everywhere we went...restaurants....bars....the housekeeping staff....renters....everything was great!! Love that this island is not over commercialized like Destin Fla.

We were very pleased with our stay in “ Eat, Drink, and Flounder.” From the beginning when we booked the condo to unexpectedly having to leave due to family emergency, Navarre Properties kept us informed about the condo/surrounding area. Check- in/out were a breeze, cleanliness of the condo and building were great. Again, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy our entire stay but we look forward to rebooking with Navarre Properties in the future and hopefully have more time in the beautiful Emerald Coast.

We really did not have any contact with the staff, except when checking in.
Oh, and there was a gentleman who needed to check unit for a water leak. He was very professional. As was the people at check in.

We love this property! It is in the perfect location!
This was our favorite condo so far. Being on the 13th floor was great and the condo was super clean and perfect for our family of 5. It was not overly decorated which was perfect for us because we have a toddler who likes to get into everything. We were able to let him walk around freely and know there was nothing to get into!
Working with the staff was super easy! This was our 3rd time staying with Navarre Properties and as usual it did not disappoint us. Check in and out is so easy and staff was so helpful!

Only complaint is the location of the disposal switch.. that thing is dangerous...easy to bump on..

This is the perfect stay if you are seeking relaxation! it is ultra clean, has a perfect view and you feel like in paradise. Many greetings from ice cold Germany :-)

This was our first Florida stay and it was everything we had hoped for! Great property, beautiful location!
The team members were very friendly, professional, and responsive to any and all questions and needs, both by phone and in person. Enjoyed how accessible they were (since we were in the same building)!

The property was great. We felt comfortable as soon as we arrived and during the whole stay. The staff and facilities made it feel like we were visiting family, not some museum, amusement park or showcase home. Staff were available if needed, but never intrusive. The whole community of Navarre felt very welcoming as well. Overall it was a great experience with a real family friendly atmosphere. After driving down to Destin and Miramar one night I was so glad we picked Navarre and Summerwind.

Unfortunately Mother Nature was not on our side for our stay. We just experienced rainy weather the entire time. The location and the place were great. Sometimes the inevitable just happens but the property can't be at fault.

Very helpful and nice

We love the Summerwinds property. The property is easy to get around and find things. Even when the property is busy it doesn't give the appearance of being busy. It's a very nice quiet area and we love it.
We stopped by the front desk on Friday about 4 to tell them our dryer wasn't working quite right and when we arrived back at our condo around 7 it had already been fixed. The maintenance crew is on top of things. When we walked out to the beach during the day we would see people working on the property doing maintenance, everyone was very friendly and said hello. Super nice crew

We had a wonderful time, everything was neat and clean, no issues with anything. We had all the utensils required to cook in when we did.
Very friendly, went out of the way to make sure everything was working well with the unit.
