The condo was beautifully and comfortably decorated. The balcony has 2 doors and was a good size for our 4 people. Communication was easy with fast responses. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our family had such a great time during out stay in a condo managed by Best Beach getaways. We received a text message that our room was ready an hour ahead of scheduled checkin. The Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the needed kitchenware (I have found this to be rare in condos booked on VRBO). The property managers Policy's were clear and well communicated, however it is a little goofy that 4 years after covid you still have to provide extra toilet paper past the couple rolls and dishwasher detergent past the 2 provided pods. With a long stay with 8 people you would think that these basics would be included in the rental. But hey, they did let us know before hand. We had a great experience overall and would book again.

My family and I travel to Florida twice per year. We always are at Summerwind. We love the complex and the condo we stayed at was lovely. There were a few issues, as in bugs, and broken chair. Toilets sit really low, so if you have any knee issues I wouldn't recommend this unit. But all in all, the condo was great. The beds were comfy in all rooms and the condo was very clean. And excellent location. Would recommend to anyone! :)

We've stayed in this condo before. We love the location on Mavarre Beach near the pier and bridge. The unit itself is comfortable but very dated. The living room and bedroom furniture could stand to be updated. The kitchen, while a bit dated, has all the basics for a vacation week, but we've learned to bring some our own kitchen accessories over the years. Unlike others in Summerwind, this unit does NOT come with beach chairs/umbrella service. Over the years, we've stayed in nicer, and not nicer, units in Summerwind. Overall, still a good place to hang out on vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in unit 1403 during June 2024. The condo was perfect for our two families, and having the four bunks allowed the kids to have their own space while the adults enjoyed their own room! The place was very clean upon arrival, and everything we needed for our vacation was provided in the unit. We can't wait to return!

If you are looking for a quiet get away with a quaint beach town feel, this is it!
SW 1403W was exactly as described in the pictures! It was perfect for two families to spread out and enjoy the week at the beach!
Check in and check out procedure was super easy!

Navarre Beach is a clean, friendly area of the Emerald Coast. I don't feel crowded. The beach is wonderful and the water color fabulous. Great beach getaway area!
