Beautiful all around

It was everything we needed

We really enjoyed our stay on the 15th floor. The views were amazing. The condo was well appointed and clean. There was trouble with the dishwasher but maintenance was very responsive and took care of getting a repair person out the next day. We arrived early and the front desk made sure we had wrist bands so we could enjoy the pool and beach while we waited for the condo to be ready. Great food within walking distance. The daily beach setup and gift shop/cafe was very nice. We never had trouble with parking or elevators. This was a great experience for my family and I.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was beautiful. Everything was just as advertised. We will definitely stay again.

The Kurrig coffee machine did not work. The hand mixer needs to be replaced. Seems like the refrigerator runs louder than I was accustomed to. I purchased suction wall grips for us to use in the bathroom so we felt like we would not fall when we showered.
We would have liked better communication with all the contractors that were working on the center building including any updates on when the new elevator was to be completed. There was more noise than we expected and the fact that we were not able to use the center building hot tub.

Beautiful property, have been staying there for several years and can't imagine being happier anywhere else! We will continue to stay at the Summerwind each time we visit!
Everything went smoothly and had no issues during our stay.

Let's put it this way, we're all booking same place, same time next year, and bringing more people!!! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we were able to overlook the construction and lack of elevators??

Amazing condo! Great view from the 15th floor. Plenty of space for all 9 of us that stayed in the condo. It was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, and dishes.

Great visit. Only negative is umbrella rentals consumed beach. You have to get up before 5:30am to claim a spot.

Love ?? the SW property. We see the same faces (employees) year after year and that is awesome. Grounds are well maintained and the property itself is peaceful and very family friendly. The beach is spacious and beautiful! Love Navarre.
Very easy to deal with & polite.

Derek was exceptional in accommodating our special needs. Because of Hurricane Harvey I was sent to Houston as part of a National Guard assistance team. Our reservations were locked in for this same time, but because of the disaster assistance I was unsure if we would make our scheduled reservation. After explaining our situation to Derek he spoke with his supervisor and they stated they would honor our reservation at a time convenient to us after I returned from Houston. This was more than my wife and I had ever expected for such last minute notice.

Really enjoyed the stay - the view, beach, pool and hot tub were terrific.
Courteous and efficient

Our grandkids loved the condo with swimming pools and beach so close. It was nice to have private rooms for each of the kids. The bunk room was a nice addition. The condo is roomy and very comfortable.
They were courteous, competent, very knowledgeable and pleasant. They were very efficient.

We love the community atmosphere at Summer Winds and that we can let our teens have a little freedom without worrying about them constantly. The security guard is always walking around keeping an eye on things. The condos are great, the views are amazing, and it's a safe, relaxing place for a family vacation. We will be back!
We checked in after hours and everything was exactly as we were told it would be. We went to the desk the next day and got our wrist bands. Overall it was quick and helpful.

Love the property, as we have stayed at Summerwind before. In particular though we love the unit we stayed in this time the most. Love the white cabinets, white bedspread, white furniture and the beautiful decorations. Love the light, brightness of it!

We loved the ocean view and the overall stay! We can't wait to be able to come back and stay again soon!

We loved our stay at Navarre Beach! I felt so relaxed at the end of our time there and I'm ready to come back! Loved it!
On our arrival day, we were close to Pensacola but it was about 4:30 and one of the team members called to make sure we were going to make it there before 5:00 and gave us instructions on what to do if we didn't make it there before 5:00. Check out was really smooth and easy.

Would like maintenance performed in a timely manner when reported.
I did put in a maintenance call to fix a fire things like the light that was out on the patio and the door lock. None of which were fixed furring our stay.

Checkout is too early. AND the trash receptacle room needs to be cleaned because I could not breathe! Those chutes need to be sanitized on a regular basis.

We loved it!! We will be back! But I will make sure we are no higher than second floor. We had a small child. And with being on the 15th floor. We were a little nervous.
