This was my first time staying in the Santa Rosa Beach area and hopefully not my last. This trip included a lot of firsts for myself and guests. Usually, our trip to the beach is maybe 3-4 days. We stayed at the Salty Mermaid for an entire week and had an amazing time. Our condo truly felt like home. It was very spacious, decorated beautifully, and very quiet. It had everything we needed. We were 500 steps from the beautiful beach! The beach was quiet and never felt over crowded. The distance between the condo and the beach was very convenient. We could hang out at the beach and run back to the condo if we needed anything. We felt like we didn't have to worry about anything...except reapplying sunscreen. We ate at Shunk Gulley 4 out the 7 days we were at SRB. Restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance and we took full advantage of that. The Salty Mermaid is top tier for its beauty, location, and amenities. I would love to stay there again.

We can’t wait to return! The place was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And so close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Loved the Salty Mermaid!

We had an amazing time at The Salty Mermaid! The place was just as pretty as the pictures and clean with very comfy beds. It also had everything we needed including a beach buggy, beach chairs and umbrellas. And the kitchen was fully stocked so we made a few home cooked meals. When we wanted to eat out, the restaurants were only a 5 min walk and the kids favorite ice cream shop too. The beach is very close. A short walk and not crowded at all! We were able to get there around 10am each day and set up right up front or just a few seats back without problems. We can’t wait to come back to this area and definitely will be staying at The Salty Mermaid again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Salty Mermaid. Everything seemed brand in this unit and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect to restaurants, beach and even a state park with trails. We will definitely look at staying here again with our family.
