Located directly on beautiful Panama City Beach, with sweeping views over the Gulf of Mexico, this condo is on the 21st floor within the high-end Sterling Breeze Resort. This beachfront unit has an expansive balcony that is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom and equipped with patio furniture and an outdoor grill perfect for preparing meals, experiencing amazing Panama City Beach sunsets, watching wildlife in the gulf, and dining.

Your family will be right at home with amazing accommodations and privacy. The gulf-front master has a king bed with a new mattress, en suite bathroom including a huge walk-in glass shower, and separate his and hers pedestal sinks. The room includes beautiful sliding glass doors leading to the balcony and offering views of the Gulf. The second king master overlooks the bay from a large window and features a new bed and mattress, and en suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and double pedestal sinks. Tuck the kids into the custom-made, built-in bunk beds in their separate bunk room where they have their own flat screen 4K TV. A third full bathroom in the hall includes a bath/shower combo. There's even a pull-out couch (with a thick and dreamy mattress that would surprise you!) to offer more sleeping space. Two families can fit comfortably with room to spare! Vacation is all about rest and relaxation. You'll find it here!
NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.

This condo is a step above with upscale furniture and fixtures, stunning LVP plank flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile backsplash, new full-sized in-unit washer and dryer, and wall mounted 4K TVs in every bedroom and the living area. Everything has been thought of, including hairdryers in every bathroom! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining and includes a large pantry. The dining area has seating for 6 with four additional bar stools at the kitchen counter.

Great Property! Great communication between myself and Best Beach Getaways! Only downfall was lack of internet during stay. This was the fault of construction near by. Would definitely stay again. Included beach service was Great!

This Condo is very nice , fully stocked with everything we needed . It's updated, modern , Comfortable beds . The resort is clean . and well kept . We were on the 21st floor and the Elevators are very fast with very little wait time , We will stay here again !

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The beach was pristine and the chair and umbrella service was nice. You only get two seats per condo included, so plan accordingly. Our only issue was one we knew going into it, which was that there is only one working elevator, so running up to the room could become a half hour ordeal. On the 21st floor, taking the stairs up wasn’t an option. We did take them down a bunch to avoid the wait. But the views from the balcony are unmatched, the personal balcony grill is a unique feature for this building that we enjoyed, and the poolside bar was great. We will definitely be back!

Sterling Breeze room 2104 has modern updates throughout the entire condo. There are big comfortable beds with comfortable sheets and pillows, and extra pillows and blankets in each closet. The bathrooms are updated and spacious. The view is wonderful and the balcony has seating for 6 people, plus room for more. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups bowls, coffee maker, blender, and a few other things were furnished in the kitchen, although it would have been nice if more Tupperware containers were available for our leftovers, but not a big deal. We liked having the complementary 2 chairs and umbrella down at the beach. There are 2 extra chairs in the condo but the are small and probably only good for kids to use. The only negatives were the handle on the glass shower door fell off and the electric grill didn't work. Both were reported but never fixed during our stay, which was a bummer because we really wanted to use the grill. Overall, this condo is very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Location, condo and beach were amazing! We love Sterling Breeze, and this was our best stay yet. Perfect for two families with two king rooms and double vanities in each. We set up a pack and play in the bunk room for our baby. Only downfall was dirty floors when we arrived. Both toddlers feet, knees and hands were black from how dirty it was. All other aspects seemed clean!
