We’ve made sure our vacation condominium has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay with us.

You’ll find that our condo is not only spacious and well maintained but we keep it updated to ensure that we can provide you with the latest features to make your stay special here. We’ve created an environment that will make you feel like you’re at home, even though you’re at the beach. Our condo is the perfect backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 180+ square foot balcony. Just like us, you'll want to spend lots of time here because of the wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Whenever we come down we bring along binoculars so we can enjoy the dolphins while having our morning coffee out here. And make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening. This comfortable balcony is just the beginning of what we think makes our vacation home away from home pretty special. The resort is doing their elevator modernization project starting March of 2025 and one elevator will be shut down at a time during this project.

-Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless steel double sink
-Fully equipped Kitchen including microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster
-Master Bedroom has KING bed and a 32” TV, a DVD, and gulf view with balcony access
-Master Bath has garden tub and shower and a large double vanity
-2nd Master has KING bed and a 26” TV and a DVD
-The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower
-3rd Bedroom has a KING bed, and a 28” TV and DVD

The room 1410 at Jade East was amazing! There was a fantastic view and all the amenities! Three large bedrooms and three full baths. The unit was incredible! Heated pool helped immensely on cooler days! We loved it and would love to stay there again!

Loved the location right on the beach. Traveling with 3 adults, we loved the separate beds and baths. Fridge wasn't working when we arrived - maintenance quickly got it working enough to get us thru our stay. Nice corner balcony. Lights were hard to figure out - some we never did.

Would recommend for families.

Our travel group of 3 couples travel to a beach somewhere every year! This was our first time in Destin. This condo was perfect for us. It is right on the beach with a great view from the 14th floor. Great access to the pool and beach from basement level elevator. The kitchen is very roomy. The check in and check our were easy and the property manager we communicated with after our stay was great! The security with parking lot codes and codes to access beach made us feel very safe. We are all 60 or older. We will use Best Beach getaways again.

Gorgeous views right on the water! I love that each bedroom had a king bed. The pool was unfortunately closed at the same time as the beach one day. There was a very rude maintenance man, but other than that - we will stay here again! Everything my family was looking for and more!

We stayed in Jade East 1410 and it was beautiful and conveniently located. The beach is beautiful. You can rent chairs and enjoy the day out by the water. The pool is very nice, the hot tub was very hot. We loved it. The kitchen and bedrooms were nice, the bathrooms were spacious.
We had a hard time figuring out the remotes to the TVs which was annoying but we worked through it.
Check in was a breeze. We simply drove through the gate and used the code emailed to us, then walked to our door and used another code to open the door.
We called when we checked out and they text us a confirmation of check out. So easy!
We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time here. The unit is right on the beach and the view is beautiful. Parking is easy since each unit has a clearly marked reserved space. The unit is showing some slight signs of aging but nothing that affected our overall stay. We had a great time and definitely would like to stay in the same unit on our next trip to Destin.
