INSIDE THE HOUSE

Welcome to Forever Summer. This two-story home is designed for beach living with a laid-back family friendly vibe, perfect for you & your family or guests. The first floor features a guest suite with queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and ensuite with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, or outdoors on the cozy swing, listening to the sounds of Seacrest. 

The first floor living area has a beautiful open concept with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances including an icemaker and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer is on the 2nd floor to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!

Upstairs, you’ll find a beautiful master suites and two guest rooms.  The master has a king bed with ensuite, with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.  With a second-floor wet bar, enjoy your evening cocktail on the balcony, star gazing over the Emerald Coast. The guest suite has a queen bed with shared bathroom; offering every guest the perfect retreat after a day at the beach, the guest suite has private access to the balcony also.  The 2nd floor bunk room is a perfect kid friendly hang out for late night sleep overs and has 6 twin XL beds!  Each bedroom has a TV.

On the back deck, there is an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a day at the beach as well as a grill for summer BBQ’s. The home has a large front porch perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee and a good book and a private pool for splashing around! Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

Seacrest town center has several restaurants, little boutiques, souvenir shops, bike rentals, and a small grocery store.  Spring break through summer you can enjoy live music!  .

LOCATION

Nestled close to Rosemary Beach, enjoy walking or riding your bikes to the area’s best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and or enjoy tennis lessons as the Rosemary Tennis Club. Seacrest Beach North is a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches or you can climb aboard Seacrest Beach’s private beach shuttle that will pick you up at Tram stop D8 - which is across the street from your home -  and take you right to the beach!

The home is just leisurely stroll down the brick paver streets lined with palm trees and you will discover the beautiful 12,000 square foot swimming pool area with waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to soak up the sun.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. Very walkable to every place , beach,restaurant and shops. Pool was great we did pay to have it heated. We would visit again.

This house was absolutely perfect for our Girls Weekend in Rosemary Beach. The location is perfect- close to the beach access, the small shops, and easy walk into town of Rosemary Beach. We were all so impressed with how beautiful the house was. The pool was also a HUGE benefit that we took full advantage of, and absolutely loved having. We can not recomend this home enough!

Gorgeous house. We had 8 ladies for a bachelorette trip. Home was tastefully decorated, spacious, even the bunk room was well-sized for adults with twin XL beds. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful to walk around at night. Within walking distance of downtown Rosemary. Truly a wonderful trip and hope to be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Seacrest Beach, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning pool and amenities this house has to offer. The online pictures do not do it justice as several items have been updated.

The interior is elegantly designed with modern furnishings and a soothing color palette that creates a relaxing ambiance. The spacious living area is perfect for gathering with friends and family, complete with comfortable seating and large windows that provide breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The bedrooms are nothing short of amazing, and the bunk room was perfect for our kids.
One of the highlights of this property is the outdoor space. The expansive deck is ideal for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails. The private heated pool was a hit with everyone in our group, providing hours of fun and relaxation under the Florida sun.

The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We enjoyed exploring the charming neighborhood and dining at the excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Overall, our stay at this house was nothing short of magical. The attention to detail, impeccable cleanliness, and top-notch amenities made it a memorable vacation that we will cherish forever. Great house in prime location in Seacrest. Super easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, plus extremely close to Rosemary and Alys Beach. We had a group of 8 and it was perfect for us. The bunk room was awesome for the kids. Only negative I can think of was the pillows... might want to bring your own:)

Wonderful house, great location

Security at Seacrest Beach is NOT ready/capable to handle the packs of roving teenagers at Spring Break - they were blocking streets, making lots of noise, having roving street parties - this was not the college student drunk spring break but still extremely annoying and loud - Seacrest Beach needs to get a handle on this because it was not like that in Rosemary Beach or Seaside - the packs of teenagers congregated in Seacrest Beach

Not a negative for his house - actually is MORE spacious than the online pics, great backyard
