Welcome to Sterling Breeze 2001!

Let’s start with the bedding configuration: King, Queen, 2 Sets of Bunks, Queen Sleeper Sofa. That means this condo sleeps 10 comfortably. Starting Sept 6th the resort is doing elevator modernization and will have one elevator running while the other is being modernized, this should take 45 to 60 days but there will be always one elevator running at all times.

This is a beautiful condo with an upscale beach look that’s really popular.It was completely redecorated this year. But is isn’t just the views inside that makes it special. The beach and gulf views are spectacular. You’ll find yourself spending lots of time on the balcony because you’ll be captivated by the view.

You’re going to love the roomy LIVING ROOM. The QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA is big and comfortable. There’s a big screen TV with cable for when you get beached out, like that will happen! Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. And of course the beach views from the living room are spectacular too.

The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.

The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table.

The MASTER SUITE is very roomy. Huge king size bed with a beautiful headboard. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. There’s plenty of closet space for all of your belongings too. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower.

The SECOND MASTER has a QUEEN bed. And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day. This suite also has its own bath.

The THIRD BEDROOM is a kid-friendly area with 2 sets of bunks! That’s for kids with plenty of room to sleep and play. There’s a 3rd bath for the kids too.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 10 with 3 full baths.

Sterling Breeze is perfectly located at the west end of the beach near Pier Park.
NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival, each car is $50

The condo was very clean and plenty of room. The view was spectacular to say the least, Natalie at the desk was simply amazing, she is such a sweet soul. I will be back again next year. ??????????

The condo itself at Sterling Breeze was GREAT. It was a wonderful location - on the 20th floor, corner of the building - beautiful views! It had everything we needed for our stay. Its location on the beach was also great. We loved getting out to the beach each day. We didn't spend as much time at the pool and hot tub as we did the beach, but they were both very nice. The only downside to the building at all was the elevator situation. This is a 22 floor building with maybe 10 condos on each floor - and there were only two elevators!! And during our stay, only one was working. Thank goodness we weren't there during peak season. I heard the elevator wait before we arrived was an hour and a half. For us, it was more like 30 minutes. We heard that the other elevator had been out of service for quite some time. I'm not sure why a situation like this is allowed to continue, but it really ought to be addressed. We might stay at this building again, but we would probably avoid a condo on the 20th floor!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful view we saw dolphins every morning and evening from the balcony. Definitely recommend bringing some binoculars but even without them you can still see the dolphins.
We had 10 people in our party 4 adults, 2 teens, 3 kids, and a infant, and we all felt like we had enough privacy and their was plenty of space for everyone. It never felt congested.
The only complaints I have are not related to the condo but rather with the sterling breeze staff. They are NEVER at their post. They lock up the luggage carts and several times we had to wait 45 mins for someone to come back to their post for help. You have to leave your drivers license in order to take a luggage cart and if they aren’t there when you return you have to wait to get them back. I suggest making someone stay with the person manning the station while someone else gets the luggage up to the room that way they don’t leave before you get back. There were 2 times that 1 of the 2 elevators were broke down but were fixed by the next day. Those were the only times I saw the elevators congested. They were quick to fix the broken down elevators. When we booked we were told $20 for arm bands and 2 parking passes and I was charged $60. $30 for each car.
But Above all, the condo was a fabulous place to stay. We love the floors that are high up there is so much more that you can see. We would love to return on future trips!

We had never been to PCB and since you are never sure what to expect in a new place we weren't sure what we were getting into. We were beyond pleasantly surprised. Great deck outside master bed and living room with two tables & chairs. Being on the 20th floor we had an amazing view up and down the beach. The two staff guys who ran the beach were polite and helpful. The condo was clean, well-furnished, stocked to get us started and we just had to buy extra trash bags and bathroom tissue. The condo staff was very helpful and the accommodations were everything we needed. We did not use the pool since we came for the beach but it looked great! And so did the snack bar and drinks. We will 100% be back next year if we can reserve it fast enough!!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Sterling Breeze 2001. The condo was exactly as it was described, very clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! We loved being within walking distance of Pier Park and several good restaurants. We will definitely be back!!
