Ocean Ritz 1602 is a gulf front 3Bed/3Bath condo that boasts amazing views along with a spacious balcony. This condo has all the comforts of home! A large living room with a queen sleeper sofa and TV/DVD offers amazing gulf views!

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, ocean views, TV, and private bathroom. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a king bed, TV and private bathroom. The 3rd guest bedroom provides a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a double underneath and a 3rd bathroom just down the hall. WIFI throughout the unit.

This condo also has a large balcony with chairs and a dining table so guests can enjoy breakfast while overlooking the beautiful white beaches and perfect gulf waters! 9 out 10 for us! Received an e-mail with checkin information. retrieved key from lockbox. It was a nice condo with tile flooring throughout. The master shower was awesome and has tremendous pressure in the nice remodeled shower. Other 2 bathrooms had nice tub showers. There were 2 king beds and a bunk bed )bottom bed full size). Adequate seating in living area and on balcony. Nice size balcony! Kitchen was stocked well. Full size fridge and and the ice maker was a big bonus!! The beds are fairly firm which is a personal preference I cannot complain about just warn. Blackout curtains in master were wonderful and wish they were in the other 2 bedrooms. Everything on the proeperty was SO CONVENIENT!!! parking was maybe 25 steps from the elevator. room was closest to the elevator. pool was maybe 30 steps from the elevator. Getting down to the beach required going through the pool area but was not far AT ALL. The walkway dow to the beach was fairly short and there was only a step down to the sand which sure beats the 2-3 sets of stairs you have to combat down on 30A. There were also enough bath towels which is important! 12 bath and tons of hand and wash clothes. Dryer works great now so disregard previous comments regarding that. Overall we had what we needed. It was not the 4seasons but WAS very convenient. I recommend!!!

**Reasons for not a perfect rating:
1) Parking space as previously noted was really tight. Our 4 runner had to be backed into the spot with about 6-8" on passenger side so driver side had adequate room to get out of the car.
2) 3 coffee mugs for a condo that sleeps 8-9 and they were tiny. Also no coffee filters provided so bring your own!
3) No keyless entry which we have clearly been spoiled by from other rentals. Just kind of tedious keeping up with a key coming and going from the pool/beach.

I would give 5 stars But only one elevator was working at the Ocean Ritz. That made for LONG waits because there were like 22 floors and LOTS of people having to use the elevator, including the cleaning staff. The condo we stayed in was nice. The beach was beautiful and the condo was very close to restaurants and Wal Mart. I would stay here again. BUT PLEASE GET THE OTHER ELEVATOR FIXED!!
