This home is pet friendly for one dog with no weight limit, there is a non refundable pet fee that is extra.

About The Watchtower:
The Watchtower is a masterfully built four-story vacation home in Rosemary Beach. ( No access to elevator)
The first floor features a living area with Queen Sleeper, bathroom, wet bar, and the first guest bedroom featuring a Queen bed, flatscreen TV, seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.

The second floor hosts the remaining three bedrooms in the main house. One bedroom overlooks the courtyard and includes three sets of twin/twin bunks sleeping a total of six guests, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub. Next door, you’ll find the third bedroom in the main house which also overlooks the courtyard. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The master suite is also located on the second floor. It features a king bed, seating area, flatscreen TV, and a private balcony. In addition, the master suite also includes a large master bathroom with a dual sink vanity, and a walk-in shower.

You’ll find the main living area on the third floor in addition to two balconies, the kitchen, and formal dining area. The living space features plenty of seating, a flatscreen TV and balcony access. The living room flows into the kitchen and has balcony access. The balcony features additional al fresco dining with seating for eight, a professional Viking Grill, and spectacular rooftop views.

Lastly, the fourth floor features another wet bar complete with a mini-fridge in addition to a table seating four and a large window-seat. However, the fourth floor’s best feature is its phenomenal rooftop deck. With covered seating, a large outdoor sectional, and a tanning area complete with lounge chairs, The Watchtower lives up to its name. From the rooftop deck, guests can look out over all of 30A. It’s an incredible view you’ll have to see for yourself!

In addition to the four-story main house, The Watchtower also features a separate carriage house located over the garage across the courtyard. The carriage house includes its own private living room complete with a Queen Sleeper, flatscreen TV, a full kitchen and the fifth bedroom and bathroom. The fifth bedroom features a queen bed, a flatscreen TV and the bathroom includes a combination shower/bathtub.
The garage has parking for two vehicles and one on the parking pad. Outside the front of the main house you can park two vehicles.
