This spacious, upstairs, 5 bedroom, 4 bath villa sleeps up to 11 and overlooks the swimming pool with lake views from the living room, wrap around screened porch, and master. The living room, with hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling, has a flat screen TV, DVD player, video player, & Bose audio system. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, Nespresso machine and granite counter tops.
The huge master bedroom has a king along with direct access to the porch. Its master bath has a jacuzzi tub, walk-in double shower with steam option and a double vanity. The 2nd main level bedroom has a queen bed which is connected to a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd main level bedroom has 2 twin beds. Another full bathroom is located off the main level hallway.
There is a spiral staircase to the loft, which has 2-bedroom areas. The upstairs loft bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk with a full-sized bed on the bottom. These fun bedrooms share a large bathroom with a garden tub/shower and a double vanity. There are flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms. Washer/dryer in unit.
The location of this villa is ideal: 30 steps to the pool, 60 steps to the lake and 200 steps to the beach. Hidden Dunes is beautifully landscaped with walks & great family getaway with swimming pools, hot tubs, lake with fishing pier, horseshoe pit, basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills….and the most beautiful beach in Destin!
