Location, Location, Location… you are in the heart of it all, while not feeling that way. Pineapple Willie's is a .4 mile walk down the beach. There are additional restaurants as well as other attractions within walking distance. There is plenty of parking in the covered deck on levels 1-3, so easy to park and unload. Walmart and Publix are both within a mile. This was our first time to vacation in the Panama City Beach area. This condo was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious and updated. The balcony was so large, comfortable and the view was spectacular. We could sit at night and watch the sunset. The grounds were secure, safe and clean. There were a few minor incidents, and they were quicky taken care of by the caretakers. The people in charge at Twin Palms were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be recommending and returning to this condo and also recommending Best Beach Getaways.

The condo was clean and had nice amenities. The laundry room door needed to be repaired while we were there and the service was relatively prompt. Didn't show up the first day as promised but did on the second day after I texted again.

Our stay at Twin Palms 1001 was very nice. Location is perfect, beach was perfect, the use of the beach wagon and chairs is a wonderful added amenity! The balcony was amazing with the tall chairs. I would highly recommend this unit!

We had an excellent time in Panama City Beach at the Twin Palms. Condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs and the wagon was awesome to take everything down to the beach. Would definitely book again!

This condo met and exceeded all of our needs and expectations! It was so nice, clean, well decorated and updated. The beds were super comfy and had enough towels/linens. A huge plus for was the washer/dryer, in every condo I’ve ever rented for some reason the dryer didn’t get hot enough to dry well this one does! It felt nice to have unpack knowing everything was clean. Its location was perfect for us..... literally a short elevator ride and we were on the beach, within walking distance to a lot of shops/restaurants and Walmart. The balcony is HUGE & ample seating area, will definitely rent this condo again if we return to PCB. It was a fabulous vacation!

As for Best Beach Getaway, they are pretty good to work with and have good prices but the only complaints I have is reaching someone there on the phone is hard & the “check in emails” (with all the info you NEED to get into your condo) they send a few weeks prior go to your junk mail so unless you call asking for info you have no clue. They really need to work on their communication skills & customer service on the phone. They are pretty rude and need to work on that as well.
