This bright and tropical Florida vacation home boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and the large master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or to wake up to the sounds of the surf. The master bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom boasts two Queens. The master bath includes a relaxing garden tub and stand-up shower. The remaining bath has a tub/shower combo. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Other features of this upgraded vacation unit include granite counter tops, full-size side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. All of the dishes, pots, pans and utensils needed to prepare a great meal for friends or family are also included.

Please note: all guests staying at Tidewater will be required to register and pay a $48 plus tax Association Registration Fee

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. I saw reviews that the elevators were terrible. They were honestly not that bad maybe at the beginning of the week at check in and check out times there was a bit of a longer wait but it did not ruin the vacation whatsoever. They got better as the week went on. The condo itself is very roomy and clean with a great view of the ocean. With each question I had they were fairly responsive with a message back. Overall we had a great vacation. My only regret is not booking longer!

Hello! We loved our room. There could have been more towels and washcloths provided as we had 6 people for 9 days. The sliding glass doors were VERY difficult to open and close. Other than those issues everything was great. I definitely hope to get the opportunity to stay at Tidewater again.

We really enjoyed the unit and the beach. The beds are comfortable and the unit is spacious. Both outdoor pools were too cold to swim in (so cold they were empty)but the weather was perfect for the beach so we didn’t mind. Elevator wait times were minimal and the staff was friendly. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant for food or drinks and the convenience store was only open until 3pm. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay again.

The staff was wonderful and always very helpful. The condo was beautiful and clean. The only thing I would suggest is extra garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper to be available. There was nothing extra to be had if needed. I’m sure we could have called the staff if needed but it seems standard to have at least an extra roll per bathroom. Overall a very nice stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious this condo was. Great views! We do suggest putting in brighter light bulbs. It was hard to see to put on makeup because of the dim bulbs everywhere. Had to use a mirror by the window to get enough light.
