This home was custom built and professionally designed with entertaining in mind and offers a large open floor plan w/chefs kitchen and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The house was styled with beach architecture and industrial chic custom finishes and unique pieces. Parking for 2 cars ONLY. No overflow parking.
The Master Suite on the third floor offers privacy and tranquility with a large deck and great gulf views from the outdoor daybed. The Valentino Marble bath has a freestanding tub, large shower, double vanities and French doors to the deck and more great views.
The second floor is the perfect meeting place for family meals on the deck with dining for 10, breakfast in the large open kitchen or family game night in the living room. The first floor has 2 additional guest suites each with decks and private baths. We didn't forget the kids! They have their own bunk cubbies with open space for xbox, dance parties or scary movie night while the grown ups are relaxing upstairs.
The first of two community pools is 60 feet from the front door and is fully visible from all three decks. The private beach access is 100 yards from the door and has a boardwalk for easy maneuvering of beach necessities. The second community pool is only 100 yards away on our sister street, South Ryan street and is heated year round.
