One of the few low rise beachfront buildings, The Crescent has only sixty eight condos on four floors to provide ample space at the pool and beach for owners and guests. Positioned such that the building wraps around beautiful beach side tropical gardens and lagoon pool for unique views like no other. This resort style community offers a 4500 sq ft lagoon pool, a second heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room. #111 is located on the first floor of the residences but is actually the 2nd floor of the building and provides magnificent views. Spent a gorgeous Labor Day weekend in Unit 111 at the Crescent in Miramar Beach, FL. Everything was great except the codes we were given in our arrival email for the entrance gate and pool gates were wrong. The unit code was correct. Apparently gate codes were changed and Best Beach Getaways were not aware of this.

The condo was conveniently located for easy access to everything you need while staying in Miramar Beach. It is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Very nicely decorated We had everything we needed except for extra toilet paper. Don’t know if it was a Covid thing, but for the price you’d think they’d leave you a couple spare rolls.
