The condo was just as described. Great location! Nice large balcony with seating and table. Very clean, spacious and easy access to elevator and stairs. The beach is down the street a bit and across on the other side of the road. The pool is a short walk as well. We would definitely stay here again!!! Only suggestion is to have a cabinet stocked with basic spices (salts/pepper/oil) etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this spacious unit & loved the "smaller" size of The Alexander complex as a whole. The unit was nicely appointed across the board - the decor, the well stocked kitchen & baths, & the convenient parking & bike racks on site. The walk to the beach was very manageable (we never quite figured out the shuttle service for our location), as was the walk to any & all shopping & dining options. I highly recommend securing the beach chair service thru La Dolce Vita prior to any stay - the guys are great & its nice to already have your spot secured since the beach access is used by the entire Seacrest community & can become quite crowded. A couple minor suggestions - black out curtains for the master bedroom would be nice, as the present drapes are a bit sheer to block out the morning light & the 30a traffic can be a bit noisy early in the morning. Additionally, a different bedding arrangement than bunk beds ( perhaps 2 twins) in the 3rd bedroom would be welcomed. We look forward to returning to this unit the next time our travels take us to the coast. It was perfect for our family !

We had a wonderful vacation at this rental. The Alexander was such a central location to Alys beach and the Hub as well as the live music of SeaCrest and Rosemary shops! This unit was immaculate- it was very clean and looked like no one had ever rented it before. I was so happy with the amount of space and the oversized balcony! The best part was that the kitchen had everything I needed- from new pots and pans to a KitchenAid mixer and blender! I couldn’t have asked for a better rental! We will definitely book here again!

Great condo located just before Alys beach. Condo is large and spacious. Nice large patio that overlooks 30A road and jogging path. Condo community is quiet and away from the hustle of seacrest and rosemary community. Short walk to beach and shops.
