This spacious three story home offers elegant accommodations for ten, located just steps from the beach. And, it’s perfectly situated so that you can explore the many boutiques and one of a kind dining experiences in Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach. After hours of fun exploring 30A or playing on the beach, you’ll be able to enjoy a dip in the community pool.Parking for 2 cars only
Step inside go up the second level and you’ll find a large living area with a flat screen and a two balconies. The larger balcony has seating for four with shutters that can be closed or open for sunlight. There’s a large dining table with room for six plus the granite kitchen island seats two more. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped so that you can enjoy freshly prepared seaside delicacies. It even has it's own full bath. On the 3rd balcony overlooking 30A, you'll find a gas grill for your cookouts!
On the first floor is the 2nd master offers a queen, a large flat screen TV, and its own private bath.
There are two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The main master has a King bed, a 46” flat screen TV and 2 private balcony with Gulf Views! The main master bath has both a glass enclosed tile shower and a separate luxury tub.
The 2nd bedroom is for the kids with a set of Queen Bunks, sleeping 4 and its own private bath. It also has a 32" TV for the kids to watch their favorite cartoons. Between the Master and kids room, in the hallway you’ll find a washer/dryer. The perfect area to keep everything clean and fresh.
