This is an ideal location on the 8th floor - low enough to hear the waves but high enough from the pool to have privacy. Beautiful tile floors extend throughout the main living areas with an open floor plan and large glass sliding doors allow the unit to feel very spacious. Enjoy the beautiful emerald water view from the private balcony in the living area and master bedroom and take in stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, shimmering white sand beaches, and expansive pool area. Capture stunning sunset views to the west and enjoy outdoor dining, morning coffee, or a cool breeze from the balcony. The open kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area make entertaining easy! Take in the Gulf views from nearly everywhere in the unit. The kitchen also offers granite countertops, ample cabinets and a pantry. The master bedroom is ideally Gulf front with direct balcony access, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Our stay was the third week of Oct. during the Thunder Roads bike event. We could hear bikes but not overnight so that was cool. Overall we really liked the property and condo! It was clean, nice and comfortable. Well supplied with toiletries, TVs, kitchen equipment, beach toys and floats. It did not have an ice maker and you have to buy ice. Bedroom one- great, big, really comfy king bed. Double vanity bath with soaker tub. Water pressure good, hairdryers supplied. Bedroom two- was a bunk. It was small, crowded and the bunk was very uncomfortable. Might have been ok for kids but not an adult. The bath was across the hall. Just an aside- the linens were abundant and very high quality. There were two floor fans in addition to ceiling fans. Washer and dryer are handy. Elevators were fast, parking and beach access very easy. Parking is underground and on property. Beach Chairs were supplied with the rental. Pools were great- only one was heated. Plenty of chairs. There are two hot tubs. The room balcony is high enough so that pool noise is not an issue. There is a code for the room door but you have to wear bands at the pool. It was about a mile from Pier Park and very accessible to many things to do. We find Best Beach easy to deal with and accessible. Highly recommend

The condo looks just like the photos, the beach was beautiful and neither the beach or pools were too crowded. We loved our stay!

5 star rating as this unit is just as its pictured. Loved the king bed and huge bathroom. Patio and view are incredible. Pool area is very large with free chairs and umbrella on the beach!
Note that pass code does not work until 4pm. Patio needed some cleaning as there were drinks spilled from past visitors... but still rate a 5 and would definitely stay here again!

The beach view was amazing, the sunsets were amazing, and the location was close to great restaurants. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

There was a fumble of our door code at check in, put we are just chalking that up to Covid. Suite was clean, great view, spacious and at a great price. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Having the two beach chairs included was a plus. We plan to return. Thank you!
