This gorgeous Panama City Beach vacation rental condo offers incredible views of the beach and sleeps up to 9 comfortably. And the good news is that the owners have made a number of upgrades which makes this condo even more special including nearly all new furniture and new paint! The condo features two nicely sized bedrooms, a unique bunkroom with a door that offers privacy, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a gulf view with a balcony access. Another rare aspect of this condo is a large laundry room located just off the kitchen. An open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room are spacious and all offer spectacular views of the gulf. Walk out onto the oversized balcony from the living room for a view of the world’s most beautiful beach!

LOVED the place we stayed at by far the best space and BEDS weve ever slept in, I called the office couple times to try and see what the kind bed was in the master because we were wanting to buy one for our home!!! will stay again :)

Our stay was very nice. The facility was clean and well maintained. The only negatives we encountered were the lack of luggage carts, and the excessive wait times for elevators. If you got on at any level other than P1, you may have to wait 15-20 min for an elevator that could accommodate a group larger than 1 or 2 people. We had 7 in our group, and while adults can take different elevators, we can't send our young kids by themselves. Even when we went separate (2 or 3 at at time), we would still have to wait 10+ min for the rest of our group to join us.

Parking was fantastic and we never had an issue finding a spot and the spaces were large enough to accommodate most vehicles without being crammed in like sardines. The pools were clean and had a nice amount of lounge chairs. ( a few umbrellas on the pool deck would have been a nice option to help shade kids skin when not swimming, as the 2 shades at both pools were always occupied within 20 min of pool opening) otherwise, the pool area was amazing. We also enjoyed having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that came with the rental of our unit...that made beach time easier with not having to lug chairs and an umbrella from our room.
The unit we stayed in was 2004, and I can't say enough good things about this condo! The unit was very clean, well kept, furnished well, modern and updated, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and I never once heard any noise from the hallway or adjoining units. Truly a relaxing and quiet location. There were also special touches like the welcome basket with snacks and juice for our kids, the pretty way the towels displayed the complimentary bath essentials, a nice drying rack on the balcony for wet suits and towels, the small basket with some coffee pods and creamer, and a closet that had extra beach items for the kids to enjoy (goggles, pool toys, sand toys and shovels, boogie board, extra chairs, etc.) The beach wagon was also a nice and unexpected touch that made our trips to the sand easier.
The balcony was well furnished and very inviting. It had a small table with seating for 4 and a nice lounger that could accommodate 2-3 more.
The decor in the unit was very tasteful and added the feel of a home away from home without being too over the top.
The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the linens were comfortable. (A couple of extra blankets in the unit would be helpful, but not 100% necessary. We probably could have gotten more had we asked, but we made do). The closets also had a large area that was nice for storing luggage. There were a lot of fluffy pillows on the bed, which I appreciated.
The master bath with the jacuzzi tub was amazing! We also appreciated that the shower had a removable spray nozzle for a quick rinse of little feet. (My son who has sensory issues also liked the spay nozzle as he could control where the shower was spraying more than a traditional shower head, so thank you for providing that)
The kitchen was furnished with a standard coffee pot as well as a keurig, crock pot, ample utensils, several pans, baking sheets, and everything you would need to cook a meal in the unit. The appliances were clean, newer, and easy to use and the kitchen was spacious and had a nice bar top area. The dining table seats 4 very comfortably and the kids enjoyed eating at the bar top.

Overall, our trip was fantastic and we would definitely stay in this unit again.

The condo was very nice except the dishwasher did not work. There were a lot of rules like no drinks around the pool, no throwing balls in the pool, no leaving sand toys outside the door and no hanging towels to dry on the balcony. We were constantly threatened by the security with fines for things like this which I thought was ridiculous.

We had a wonderful vacation! The unit was extremely clean and stocked with everything that a family would need, including beach chairs, floaties & a cart. The coastal decor was very tasteful done, as well. We loved having the 2 beach chairs & umbrella that were provided too. The resort itself was also enjoyable with a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, speedy elevators, great parking and the beach service boys were so helpful! We are definitely keeping this unit on our list to return to! Thank you Best Beach Getaways!!! :)
