Sunrise Beach 1411

This condo is one of my favorite layouts on the beach. Very spacious 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dedicated dining area and nice huge wrap around balcony. Unit 1411 is nicely appointed with upscale furniture. The parking is very convenient, under the building. Even the walk from the stairs to the provided beach chairs was convenient. These are all the must haves when traveling with someone who is handicapped/elderly.

This is our annual Mother/daughter trip. This year we brought my daughter for a three generation trip, a new tradition! We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the views off the balcony. We saw sharks, dolphins, sea turtles and dozens of rays. We will be back!!! Thank you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! The view was awesome! Everything was as pictured, nice and clean, and had a start up of supplies. Online reservation was easy with Best Beach Getaways. Was even notified the room was ready early! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!! Very well maintained with the beach vibes decorating that is a nice welcome to the best views of this beach front condo and gorgeous sunsets that are post card worthy!! Beach service with 2 lounge chairs and umbrella, makes for a wonderful day on the beach. Super convenient walking to restaurants, ice cream, donut shop and arcades. Walmart and Pier Park just a mile away. Best Beach Condo Resort is super clean, awesome staff, 2 pools (1heated) 2 hot tubs and the Soggy Dollar grill for your convenience of not having to leave the Condo for those must have beverages and food. By far the best place to stay and enjoy your beach vacation??????????

The property was perfect for our vacation needs. We had a very relaxing and fun time during our stay. The property and building was clean, quiet, and right on the beach. The location is close to everything we needed (restaurant, shopping, and the beach). Sitting on the oceanfront balcony was a highlight of the trip. We would definitely come back and stay again!

The condo was exactly like it said it was. It was in a great location. I definitely would stay again and would recommend it to others.

Sunrise Beach Condo is very beautiful and A+ for being very well maintained and clean. Maintenance and Security Guards are very present. The Condo is in a very convenient location to Pier Park for shopping and tons of eating places and several with in walking distance. Unit 1411 is simply beautiful! Has the most beautiful sunset from the wrap around balcony. Felt like home away from home!

Breathtaking views! We will definitely be back to stay in this beautiful, clean condo. It is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and the living/kitchen area is roomy as well. Being on the 14th floor is no issue as the elevators are smooth and speedy! Thank you for a relaxing week home away from home!

The view was absolutely amazing! Everything was as described! The host was responsive to answering questions ahead of time. This space is an ideal get away for a blended family, particularly when you have opposite gender siblings. They each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The balcony is perfect for early morning reading/drinking coffee and ideal for watching people hunt for crabs at night. Our door code failed to work one day prior to our departure. The maintenance department responded within 15 minutes and remedied the situation quickly. Both check-in and check-out were simple! We plan to book again because we love the space so much!!

Extremely nice! Beautifully decorated beach style condo and nice furniture. Great mattresses! Plenty of books to read, movies to watch and games to play, Pier Park/Walmart/Target and lots of other shopping only 1 1/2 miles. Love the view of the ocean, watching the street activity. Most beautiful sunsets! Very comfortable condo with all the right amenities!??????????

The condo was great. The handicap rails in the Master bath were a great plus. The only negative I would mention is even though the couch and loveseat in the living room still look good, they were uncomfortable to sit on. You should consider replacing them.
The balcony seating was great. The beds were comfortable. It was a great condo!

Perfect weather, perfect week! I’ve stayed in this unit several times over the last 10 years. Always super clean and well furnished. The dishwasher was new which had been a maintenance comment in past stays - thanks! The resort also is very well maintained including sparkling pools and beach access. Only complaint is parking registration. I don’t object to $20 fee (actually I do) but the process is too cumbersome. Took three days to get it done.

We have stayed in this particular condo twice now and at Sunrise Beach Resort 4 times. Great location to Pier Park 1 mile away which is within walking distance. We walked on the beach to it. The condo itself is awesome with the wrap around balcony and views of the city and the water. There is plenty of outdoor furniture which is great. We stayed in the condo above last year and there wasn't much for outside seating. The kitchen is well equipped, but we did have to buy some more dish towels and rags and storage containers for food leftovers. We love this condo and will definitely stay again!

Absolutely, had a great time. Condo 1411 is beautiful and very well maintained, love the beach decor!!! And oh, what a beautiful view with the balcony on two sides. Can’t beat the sunsets!!! Sunrise Beach Resort is very clean and I love the area. So convenient to Pier Park, Walmart and within walking distance of some great restaurants. Perfect for a great vacation.

Condo was great! Parking was a little confusing. Seemed to always turn the wrong way to go out. More signs saying exit would be helpful. Would enjoy staying here again. Oh, one more thing the chair rental company was very high! $45 per day! We normally stay on Thomas drive or twin palms and the most we have ever paid was $30 per day. The only good thing about rain every day was that we only needed one day rental! But again the condo was great Thank you

We had a really nice time on our vacation and the Condo was very nice and the location was great for walking to Gulf World and many of the shops.
