We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a few years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1201 because it is on a lower floor, is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Our condo is a three bedroom three bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made this that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. I was so impressed with Unit 1201! It was super clean and well maintained. The views are amazing. Plenty of space to sleep and lots of comfortable beds. Having a full size washer and dryer was a big plus for our large family. The patio had comfortable seating and was perfect for sitting and enjoying the sounds, views and my morning cup of coffee. We will definitely be back!

Overall, loved the experience. Will definitely be booking another stay with you guys in the very near future. The room was fantastic, but there were a few suggestions I hope get taken into consideration. One of the bedrooms didn’t have curtains and the the window faced the sunrise. It was pretty bright in the room before 6am everyday. Also, the sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Those minor things aside, couldn’t have asked for an easier experience when booking a trip.

The unit was very clean with plenty of TP, towels and dish soap. The grand kids look forward to our visit here every year and they are never disappointed (except when the red flags are out)! Great place and perfect location. We are looking forward to next years visit and hope for Green flags.

We had an amazing vacation. Sitting on the balcony a golden eagle landed on the rail. The corner balcony on 12 th floor was simply perfect. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Yes some things could be updated but nothing that affecting our visit. I can not stress how much I loved the location. We were in the middle of 2 piers where the had fireworks for the 4th . Did I say best location! The elevators were a bit of an issue. Waiting to go up or down. Hay but on the 4th what do you expect. The restaurant in the building is terrible but there are plenty of options closed. Golf cart rental across the road made parking the golf cart convenient. Never once had a problem parking cars in garage. If you want to go out to eat hit the 5pm timeframe. Everyone seams to flood restaurants around 6 ish. My fav was Sharkies. They are in walking distance. I will definitely stay again.

We were notified that our room was ready, earlier than expected, and were given a special "early code", just about the time we were arriving at PCB, which was nice and were able to go directly to our room. Yaaay! It was very clean! Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and TP. The elevator crowds were friendly, as usual.
We liked the composite chairs on the balcony. We have the same at our house.
Our stay was just wonderful. We always enjoy our time at Sunrise Beach!!
We were just sorry that we had double red flags the entire time, but because of the location, we found plenty of things to do!
Will be back next year!

This is a beautiful spacious first floor unit!! Very convenient and within walking distance to Pier Park and the parking deck. We have vacationed at this resort over 10 over the years and we have yet to be disappointed! All the beds were comfortable. The unit was stocked with everything you need for a great weekend. The kids loved having their own tv to watch on the bunk beds and they were also equipped with usb outlets! It did get pretty cold the second day were there so the kids couldn't enjoy the beach but Aqua has an indoor heated pool so they were still able to swim. There were amazing views of the ocean from the wrap around deck. The staff is always friendly and helpful, that's why we stay here so much. It's almost like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again and have already booked our next trip this year at Aqua. You won't be disappointed!

My family really loves this Condo & most important this unit 1201. This is the third year in a row we have stayed in this particular unit. The balcony is a wrap around since it is a end unit and the view is spectacular. Also love the fact that you can walk to many good restaurants. Our new favorite place to eat is Saltwater Grill and it is just a short 3 miles away. See you next year !!
