Summerwind 805E – Deja Blue

We had a great experience with the condo and all accommodations were as stated. I would recommend a couple more chairs on the deck, as the view is amazing and we all took turns using the 4 chairs.

Very nice condo also our water heater went bad and the staff was very accommodating. Let us shower in another room and had it swapped the next day.

Everything was perfect except the sliding door to balcony was hard to open and close. Otherwise condo had everything we needed and was so beautiful! Beds were very comfy!

This was one of several condos that my extended family rented for a big family get together. It was awesome. The location is right on the beach and we all enjoyed the time off and time together. Thank you!

The stay- over all was great! The view from our building of the pier and the ocean--was just amazing! We always felt safe and liked that there was a security person on-site so that only guests of this particular property were allowed.
We were a bit concerned as our property said it had 2 elevators so we never worried that we would be spending a ton of time waiting around - however our entire stay one of the elevators was not operational. That was a bit concerning but overall we just adjusted our times of going up in the evening so as to avoid the crowds as much as possible.

We also did call to inform whomever that our unit had very VERY bad water pressure- on day 1. On day 1 we got a call back that it was being looked at. We never noticed a difference in our main shower so assumed maybe it was simply an issue with our units showerhead. We don't generally complain, but my husband said we would not stay in that particular unit as our 1st choice unless that issue was fixed. I agree. I almost went and purchased a new showerhead just so he would stop complaining to me over it. Either that or maybe ours all just needed the hard water buildup cleaned out of them. I know it 's not an entire property issue as we spoke with other guests on higher floors and they said they had amazing water pressure in their showers.
We didn't love the fact that small kids were allowed to play around in the hot tub. We golf and like to enjoy a nice soak in a hot tub before and after our rounds and it was just always full of kids playing as tho it were another pool. We would have liked it if there were rules on that but then again, it'd have to be monitored to be enforced. The community bathrooms at the pool were kept clean and in good repair as was most all of the property.

As first time guests of Summerwind, we were overall pleased and would consider staying there when we come again next year. We generally like smaller complexes but I am glad we have added this one to our list of possibilities to stay and where to recommend to other family and friends. Love NAVARRE BEACH and always enjoy it there!
Working with your team was easy. Loved the welcoming friendly smiles and just overall the staff seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs. That sort of attitude really carries over and makes us, as vacationers, feel at home.

Enjoyed it every time we stay. We want to move to the area.

This condo was very well kept. It had been updated and remodeled with new flooring, sinks and other items. The view from the room was outstanding and its location to the pier was great for fishing.

When we plan a vacation at Navarre Beach we always book with Navarre Properties. Their professionalism and customer service is second to none.

My husband found a wallet on the beach and gave wallet to one of the housekeeper. I hope the owner of the wallet was contacted or found.

I love Navarre properties and have always stayed at one of the Summerwind's.

The beds were not comfortable at all - Lea I g and lumpy in all three bedrooms. And the carpet needs replacing. Cleaned but stained and worn out. But the apartment was well supplied and convenient and the view was the best!

Summerwind is a wonderful property and never disappoints .

We had imagined our vacation would be perfect, but it ended up being way beyond perfect! It was for spring break so 2 of my best friends & I decided we wanted to take our kids (8 kids between the 3 of us) to the beach. You can tell this property is clean& well taken care of. Our condo was beautiful! The view of the beach from the living room & master bedroom was amazing. We had brought our own pans & kitchen utensils so we could cook every night. I read that the condo had some but I just knew it wouldn't be what we needed. I was wrong. We never even had to get our kitchen pans or utensils out because the condo supplied them all. This place made our vacation the best & was exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this unit to anyone!
We arrived several hours before check in & we're just going to change into our swimsuits & go to the beach. I went to check I just to let them know we were there. By the time I got back to my vehicle to get our swimsuits out, they called me & our room was already ready. He gave me the code & we put our stuff in our room, changed clothes, & went to the beach. We never had any problems so the next time I spoke with an employee was when I turned our pool passes in at check out.

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay at Summerwind and will definitely be back! We enjoyed the quietness of the atmosphere. Not once did we hear anyone being so loud that it was a disturbance. It felt like home.
Everyone was helpful and I felt like our family was secure on your property due to the constant supervision of your staff.

we had a great stay - the only comment I have is that the floors in the condo were not very clean. The bottoms of our feet were black after walking in the room with our shoes off. That would be the only complaint.
